Viewing experience on TV

Watched imlie on tv today. Keeping the storyline aside, the show is presented beautifully. Colour grading, lighting, cinematography everything is so eye pleasing in imlie when Watched on tv. Mobile and laptop screens really don't do justice to viewing experience. Agastya imlie close up shots look so intense.

In contrast, the padosi show at 9 pm is eerily similar to " Maa" show in presentation. That's why not getting the trps. Sets ,extreme soft lighting everything looks artificial. I now have another level of respect for imlie team for making imlie mama house as authentic and real as possible, Chaudhary house exteriors which look like some real khandaani ameer house of village.

I totally agree. The close up shots of Agastya - Imlie along with that beautiful and intense bgm - it is simply superb. That is why I prefer watching the show on my TV but Hulu hain ki - it always updates the show late

I only watched on TV when I started to first watch and agree it comes across brilliantly. The only reason I catch it on IG etc now is since coming on here frequently I’m trying to stay current with all of you early in the day otherwise I’d be on here on my own late at night lol. I don’t think anyone else sees it on TV so late in the day like me.

If I watch again in the evening I only watch Imlie & Agastya scenes as they are a dream to watch on a bigger screen with the way it’s all filmed, can’t fault it😍🤩.

Why don't you watch it on dingy sites once you wake up? Insta is definitely a bad quality but the other sites are at least a bit better.

@Sunaina, agree with you 100%. I have seen this with Gul shows. She is the master of technicals (no other PH, I repeat no other PH focuses so much on the visuals). The way her pairs appear on screen - it is so aesthetically pleasing. I initially had reservations with the color palette used in the haveli but I can ignore that. This is the very first time I have seen the DOP focus on Sai ke eyes in some scenes. They look so brilliant that I have no words.

I feel very sad that I watch the show on my laptop. I wish I had a big screen tv to watch this show. It definitely must be a superlative experience seeing the visuals.

I have always watched on my phone while travelling to work. But I will surely try watching it on the TV. 👍 The larger screen does do more justice to creative work.

Depends what time I watch and who has shared it first. The site I watch on, Desi Serials seems to share later compared to IG so I catch it on IG, usually before I start my day☺️.

I’ve been without TV when out and about so at least we have other means of watching but yeah nothing beats watching this on a big screen.
