Trp is all that matters and I think they will do well when it comes to the trp. They should just use the tried and tested routes. They should not care about the feedback of the online audience who will try to find logic in everything and be extra critical as if Imlie aims to be/ claimed to be a path breaking show. Where do good shows with great storylines work well with trp audience.

All that matters to the actors and the producers is that the show should work for long. I can see Sai is happy with the show/ character. TV pe isse better deal milna is extremely rare. Bas fingers crossed we have good trps. I'm glad we are getting another promo.

SP on insta is promoting the show. Sai and Addy got included in the SPA promo as well. They were first in fact.

And the advertisers and the channel care more about the TRPs that come from TV audience as that is where the money is coming in from the ads. Until and unless India's BARC develops a method to get in the online people's share counted in for the trps, the TV audience would be the ones who hold the maximum weightage.

This genre was there since the time Jane Austen penned a certain Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet in her Pride and Prejudice. Imlie never touted itself as a path breaking show so I don't know why people would waste their time in analyzing every single thing shown in the show and writing pages and pages on why the show is bad. Arey baba agar itna hi bura hain toh why even bother to switch on the TV or your online app. Oh well whatever floats their boat.

I am really looking forward to the SPA awards and to see Sai and Adrija being given importance. Imlie is definitely getting in the trps that is why the promos are being released every few days. I am glad to see Sai getting this layered character and he is going to nail down the angst scenes.

Oh boy - Imlie and Agastya knew each other from childhood. That is an awesome twist. So looks like Kairi might be a cook and Agastya's brother might have fallen for Kairi's cooking. Imlie was selling the halwa made by Kairi and Agastya loved the Halwa. So yup there is a childhood connection there. I don't know but it looks as if Imlie was around 8 - 10 years old and maybe Agastya was around 14 - 15 years old. So maybe a few years down the lane Kairi and Agastya's brother fell in love and married/eloped or whatever and then they died. When Agastya's brother died then Agastya was grown up. So I wonder if the creatives are going to show how Agastya's brother fell for Kairi.

As we expected Nyonika could not meet up our Agastya and Imlie could not tell Agastya that she is Imlie a bar singer cum cook. The jija is a crook. He is making the wife fool and he is smart also. When he saw that Agastya was following him, he promptly changed his direction and went to a temple to show as if he is a good person who is praying for the well being of the family. And now Imlie is stuck with private performance with the crook jija.

The promo at the end which is what Sai was mentioning it earlier shows that Agastya coming to know about Imlie's truth as a bar singer. I would be really glad if the truth of Imlie being a bar singer is out before the contract marriage. Once the truth of Imlie being a bar singer is out, Agastya might offer money for the contract marriage because he knows that she is desperate for money. And looks like it will be telecast on this friday. So let's wait for the angst coming our way from next week. I am definitely hoping the trps go up this week as there were no cricket matches.

Oh Pride and Prejudice is my most fav book of all time. I've read it many times and the theme is something that's close to my heart too. This will pakka work. I know man it's cute to see people over analyse the show jabki they are churning content 7 days a week. From writers to directors to actors are all overworked. Masterpiece cannot be created in such poor working conditions..I don't think Sai got a single day off from the time he started shooting. Mereko weekends bhi Kam padh rahe hai despite working lesser hours than Sai. Aise situations main logic goes flying out the window sabse pehle. To be honest, I'm enjoying the show a lot. Indian TV ko kabhi seriously nai leneka. Enjoy your fav actor on screen and support him bas.

Waise the precap today was the promo Sai was talking about. He spoke about the bar singer but I doubt he saw her face. She was still in her ghungat. She knows him coz she saw him. He doesn't yet. I'm so confused what did Agastya actually find out. His jeeja was smart so he didn't get caught. He's so creepy man. All the time I was like Agastya come and save your imlie..

I loved the bachpan ka interaction too. The chota Agastya talks just like bada Agastya. Half English half hindi lol. Was this the only time he met imlie as a kid or they became friends?. Does Imlie remember Agastya or only he remembers her. I have so many questions and curious to see it all come together.

Also, why did imlie talk about how they were poles apart and won't be able to be together? Did I misunderstand her feelings for Agastya. I'm glad that they are showing Agastya being fair and wanting to give the marriage a chance. I am still wondering even if the truth is out, why would Agastya not marry the real Nyonika. She seems like a nice person and ticks all his requirements. I'm shocked to see her being such a positive character. Will there be a love triangle.

The contract marriage makes no sense unless is something major happens. Also didn't imlie have a 6 month deadline. Abhi yeh kya achanak se she requires 2 lacs for some shots. Didn't Agastya agree to foot the bill?

Sai will continue to shine in the show man. He's super talented. I'm glad he got this show to prove himself.

Also I think contract marrige ab nahi hogha (for some reason it’s being pushed ) and the new promo is up .. may be last minute they have decided on changing the track and first reveal imlie identity /angst track and also love triangle kyunki I have seen in all itvs once shaadi Ho gayi be it contract or true one the show goes down ..

Online hype is surely not much at the time I don't see much on TT yes insta pe there are some really good edits but mostly its about sai overall till now its sai's show (I am happy about the fact that he getting this hype and appreciations) let's see after marriage may be there will be more of Jodi hype and ppl may talk about it.. But as you guys saying more than online hype its trps which matters so its all depends on it...
