I was literally thinking the same thing. Why are they showing Agastya seriously consider Nyonika as a partner. Is he falling in love with her and will be face a heartbreak when the truth comes out. This will further cement the though process and prejudice he has against the poor. Like Divya said, he surely visited imlie as a child and became friends with her when his brother used to go meet Kairi. He feels the childhood connection.

They haven't shown any sort of feeling from Imlie ka side towards Agastya. This is getting so unpredictable now. How and where will the truth be out. How much truth will be out - she's not nyonika, she's imlie the poor girl, she's imlie the bar singer, she's Kairi ki sister, Ashu ka truth, the death of their siblings ka truth, the bachpan ka truth. See the number of things that are het to unravel.

There will be a lot of angst if he indeed has a heartbreak this soon. Ouchhhh....

Lagta toh nahin ki contract marriage is happening this soon. And for a change the actual Nyonika looks good. I really hope Agastya at least sees the real Nyonika and then tries to connect the dots. Imlie is still unable to tell the truth. By the time the truth comes out it would be too bad and it would make Imlie look really bad in front of Agastya.

I feel Agastya is getting smitten by Chef Imlie and he is going to feel hurt and betrayal once the truth comes out. Yup the pain and the angst would be too much. I feel Sai would nail down these scenes hands down. It was lovely to see the caring side of Agastya who made sure that Imlie starts using the modern kitchen stuff and the way he made her wash her hands - Yup he is going to have a big jhatka when the truth comes out.

They want to show Imlie try to tell him the truth to show she's really doing this out of absolute desperation of her circumstances. Him finding the truth will cement his prejudice against the poor that they take advantage.

You think he'll know why she needs the money or it will be shown that he thinks she's greedy and wants to do the convenience marriage for the sake of money. Waise there's a new promo coming out. Sai was in traditional kurta and peeche imlie is standing. He posted on his insta. God alone knows why they gave the contract marriage promo first coz that seems way into the future given the amount of mess that's left to clean up till Agastya and imlie get there.

Kavya adat daal lo. Aise scenes bhar bhar ke milenge in Gul shows haha. Yeah the nick names are really interesting and cute. The dialogue write is good. Kaun hai jo dialogues likha raha hai.

Also, agree about the wig and the clothes and the styling. No wonder there's little online hype about this show and couple. To connect with the trp audience they had to make them gaanv related and lost out on the urban audience.

Sunaina, yes the song reshmi zulfein is for Agastya actually. In the first couple of episodes they show his hair fly when this song is sung by Imlie lol. I'm wondering how heavy and itchy this wig must be lol.

Regarding online popularity and hype its just a matter of time to gain it. The day Sai will be presented in his most ravishing looks and ditch the wig and some viral romantic clips, online engagement will pick up.

For the time being it's important to stabilise the trp and have an upward graph and for that this rural setting is the most trusted bet.

To be honest I don't care much about the online hype too. I want the show to work for a long time so Sai makes a hell lot of money and gains a reputation of being a good actor so he gets approached for good projects once Imlie ends.

Trp is all that matters and I think they will do well when it comes to the trp. They should just use the tried and tested routes. They should not care about the feedback of the online audience who will try to find logic in everything and be extra critical as if Imlie aims to be/ claimed to be a path breaking show. Where do good shows with great storylines work well with trp audience.

All that matters to the actors and the producers is that the show should work for long. I can see Sai is happy with the show/ character. TV pe isse better deal milna is extremely rare. Bas fingers crossed we have good trps. I'm glad we are getting another promo.

SP on insta is promoting the show. Sai and Addy got included in the SPA promo as well. They were first in fact.
