There's a limit on the number of tweets per hour. It's showing the same for me.

Pehle I was not able to do it in the app, so I accessed twitter directly through the website and then I was able to tweet a few more. But ab app and website dono mein I've reached the limit. Will have to wait for another hour before I can tweet again.
