I agree. This all will change when Hindi tv shows will become limited number of episodes where the makers should know where the story will start and will end. Since it is a daily soap they can stretch a bit but not as a never ending tail. If am not wrong any show can be stretched up to 1 year max and after that a logical end can be given. When an art form will become only about business, then these kind of things are bound to happen.

Why not just use Cheeni as a means to unute them then redeem malini and send her and her daughter far away from Anu so that they rebuild their lives and then put Anu to life imprisonment. More nonsrnsical episodes like EK long running bhagya parents are still in Coma since they left the show and their daughters fighting for one husband!!

1 Then Imlie continue to advance in her career with Abp alongside...they could introduce a don or a gangster about whom imlie does a sting operation n gets him arrested somehow...he can then be shown to send death threats to imlie, something like that or get imlie caught in some illegal stuff thus getting her jailed ...

2 Imlie n Aryan meet with an accident n imlie right hand gets paralyzed...she goes into depression n starts thinking she doesn't deserve to be with Aryan

Aryan helping her get out of trauma , awakening her will power to overcome her disability n all

3 they cud have shown that Aryan father was mistakenly killed by imlie's Dadda n bari maa uses this secret to damage arylie relationship... Aryan wants to avenge his father thus get Dadda arrested could have been another track ...this cud mark the exit of barii ma n gudiya ..

4 then they cud have introduce imlie look alike track

5 Aryan going bankrupt track n all

6 they cud have shown that a student committed suicide n blames Malini for that n how imlie fights for her to prove her innocence...

Well if we want to talk about limited episodes and a planned story, that should have been done for the Adilie story to begin with....but was it? No it wasn't....instead simply to drag the story, they dragged out Malini's heinous crime spree and tried to justify her abuse of Adi and Imlie....brought in Aryan and people who hated Adi were happy to jump on that train....lol it is the makers who create avenues for this to happen each time. But yeah those who laughed at the miseries of the Adilie fandom and still mock Adilie's love as some kind of "oppression" that Imlie broke away from....lol....why won't then people laugh at them in turn when Imlie ka so called second "true love" will also likely end in tragedy?

Absolutely. According to me, Adi’s family accepting Imlie would have been the logical end. May be they could have stretched another 6 months to show how they navigate their relationship. People who accepted Imlie falling love second time couldn’t understand Adi falling for Imlie and realized he was never in love with Malini,simply because he was married to Malini when all this happened. So Adi haters will always be there.

@bold: That is the ultimate truth of the journey of this show😆....the makers chose to pander to the most hateful and extreme elements simply for the sake of shock value. Otherwise this was a story of Adi-Imlie's destiny of surviving impossible odds to be together. The makers never really showed any journey for Imlie despite calling it her story....just gave her token "nayi disha" dialogues every few months and ultimately rendered her a flippant joker who made a joke out of her own faith and beliefs. And that is why the show is where it is - an obvious fall in ratings from its original glory days.

The show started off as a very earthy/rooted story which didn't need cosmetic hype on social media. It is the makers that turned to social media hype in desperation after themselves killing the original soul of the story....lol they have always been twisted like that but for some reason people think that PR tactics on social media have any real meaning😆

I agree. Imlie was kind of fresh air among the shows when it started. The script, acting mainly by. gash and ST, cinematography everything worked in tandem to create a magic onscreen. I wish the original Adile story got a respectable ending instead of making the story and the characters go in drain.

And Imlie ki naming ability ke hisaab se kar hi lo imagine agli beti ka naam kya rakhegi 😆....Cheeku toh already Gul ne ek show banaa liya hai toh will be hilarious if they try to name the kid that again....kuch Imlie se related rakhenge, toh hi title justify kar paayenge😆

ST really has a chance to prove her versatility now if she gets a fresh start with a new generation....Imlie ka two marriages and constantly changing definitions of love ka baggage was anyways weighing the show down. They can start with a proper clean slate now.
