Well it's quite tricky to answer. Yes she wants them to leave for which she have sigh the Maafinama, but I don't think she will sign it just make them go. Her zameer won't let bend down that much.

Now tomorrow's and Monday's episode is very important after which we should revisit this topic. Till we don't know why she is being sent to jail and what's her reactions to it is, even Aryan's POV is important here, otherwise it's very difficult to come to a conclusion.

But there is a chance when Aryan leaves PD he will feel guilt. The ultimate clash won't be happening till Delhi

To make Aryan see her condition, make him fight for them. If they weren't that poor, she wouldn't have had problem paying the grocery store, without which they can't have Aryan step in and do something for them.

They need an instrument that they can use to make Aryan swoop in time and again, which will establish Aryan-Cheeni, which is very important for future plot.

Maybe, they needed to establish Aryan being Cheeni's hero before Malini's entry in PD bcz if that was done post her entry then it will look like he is just protecting her bcz of Malini usko actual mein uske liye care pahle nhi tha
