Underlined - Same is the case with me. But, with the way CVs are building up the track & suspense, can't resist myself of the excitement in guessing tracks. Hum kabhi nahin sudharega. 😆

With each episodes possibilities are popping up like popcorns how can we not say about that 🥺

Such a tough job 🤣

Yes...controlling the excitement is getting tougher with each episode. 😔

Seriously??? Why couldn't they have Anu conspiring all these ruthless attempts of killing kids and spare Malini, to give her a redemption track. As a character she deserved it. But not now after this 2nd attempt to kill her own child. It hurts me to the core; but, have to say it - Malini should end up in a mental asylum.😔

one of our forum members noted that any time a child is introduced, we often have a leap after a while or the drama winds up. since I can't see a leap with these actors, part of me wonders if the drama will end after a season and hence the overdramatics from malini...

It depends on trp.A show can even run without a story if it gets trp.If it maintains slot leadership it won't go off-air. But if the rival show becomes slot leader consistently then the Ph will be warned first. If situation doesn't improve it will go off-air. This is how it normally happens.

that makes a lot of sense -- so we will have to keep an eye on TRP as well to get a sense of what will happen ahead...

As G259 said it's the game of TRP.

But right now with so much of hype of our couple I can't see wind-up so soon. But yes maintaining TRP is the task. Even if the show has story line sometimes it has to end because of poor TRP. Now as we are okay with the TRP at the moment for that matter lead spot last week we can't predict. Let us see how this is turning up. After a certain point we will automatically come to know what's going on.

Faloodaji....I understand the frustrations that you are having from the show and how it's affecting your viewing experience. Bcos, sometimes I too go through the same, like it happened yesterday. But to expect the show that runs on a national GEC to take turns in the story as we wish and that too on a TRP hungry channel like SP is like the wish of a kid to have Chandamama in his/her hands. That's why I have repeatedly clarified that I have neither problems with how the leap happened nor with the channel's requirement to involve kids in the show. Now coming to Imlie specifically, apart from these routine hurdles faced by every show, Imlie had its own share of hurdles in the form of offscreen politics between the team & actors who quit (which we are aware of) and channel & team (which we are not aware off, but I have guessed from some recent happenings). Aur galti chaahe kiska bhi ho, everything finally comes down to the ratings, the 3rd point where our show doesn't have the options enjoyed by other shows. Being at a timeslot with tough competitors like TMKOC, EK show, primetime news time and occasionally the finishing overs of cricket matches, Imlie managed to be the slot leader until Malini's re-entry which is now another shock to the makers. I think they didn't expect viewers to reject Malini's re-entry and I would blame only the fools who decided not to give even 1day breathing space to the viewers after Jyo's PF and Malini's re-entry. How long will the viewers put up with a show that has been airing negativity filled episodes ever since Jyo's entry. And I would say whatever TRP they are getting now is only because of the leads chemistry and Keva. Because that's the only positive factors that are attracting TRP viewers who watch the show for entertainment. Plus, to add to these all, a new channel which was launched a month back is now airing break-free episodes since last week and their show that competes with Imlie starts at 8.15pm. How's the checkmate? And I think that they might be one reason of the drop in ratings of all SP shows except Anupama, especially if that channel's subscription fee too is less. So, what I meant to say is that it can be two ways with Imlie - either Imlie can be in danger and might go off in next 2-3months as it is now constantly loosing it's slot leader position or has only 0.1 difference with it's competitor show. Or it can be that since the competition is so tight, channel might not take a risk to launch a new show unless they are so confident that they can beat the popularity our leads already had & have additionally gained with the RWSP show. So instead, channel might force Gul to be more serious about the show. So, I am now going with 50-50 chances.

Apart from that I still find Imlie better than other shows for the same reasons listed below.

You caught the right point dear. If they had given a breathing space, some cute moments of Arylie for atleast a couple of days after Jo track Malini's entry could have had another effect. In their marriage leads are constantly fighting the evils. But what we want most of the time is leads moments.

Well Imlie has only lost slot leader position twice until now. One week it shared it's slot leadership with that Ek show. So, I don't think so it should be a problem.Even if by 0.1 points if it is a slot leader(like this week).Even 9 and 9:30 slot is facing competition from Ekta shows so it will be really unfair of Imlie goes off air. 8:30 is the most competitive slot. I hope the channel keeps this in mind.

Exactly. There was no need to bring in Malini right after Jo track ended. They could have given some light-hearted episodes and then brought her back.
