The set up is of Rajasthan in 1970s.
When the eight year old Imlie the second daughter of Dev Chaudhry who always wears black was asked about marriage she chose out the eight year old Aryan the maternal cousin of the Prince Harshvardhan Rajput only because he had a pretty face. She declined the offer to be the Crown Princess and made him her fiance.
As upper caste men are all the same she decided to chose the prettiest face of all.But Aryan wasn't really ready for such kind of commitment. The gloomy 'Black Crow' of the High Society ruined his life just by pointing at him as her father had higher position than his father in the society of elites.
The next years that came in his life he tried to avoid the marriage in every cost and just be engaged to her. But Imlie always wanted this marriage to fail. Even he had her blessings till the time he keeps out of her business.
Unfortunately it's not fun when one's fiance openly allows for cheating even in a high class society where polygamy might not be totally accepted after 25 years of Independence but it didn't stop from getting mistresses by the men. The generation before them had the rights for polygamy but this generation can only have one legal wife for the Indian constitution.
Now Aryan is determined to change his ways and make her believe that he could be the husband she always wanted but her heart was intertwined with the forbidden love she had for Aditya Kumar Tripathi.
Can Aryan make his place in her heart? Though she is a fiance who looks like a person who is not affected with the mortal world. Can he bring joy in the life of this gloomy girl who had left all her wishes of love, marriage, children behind and living a life like some 'Ascetic'.
Ascetic meaning in Hindi is like Yogi or Tapaswi.
You can recommend some Names too for this story. I haven't thought up any name yet for it. Just the plot was roaming in my head for few days. Since it was set up in 70s though Polygamy is in end, Child marriages will prevail in the story and though Royals lost power the respect is still there and so the hierarchy.
