Can't it be shown like Imlie is going to the obstetrician and they recommended Aryan to take some casual tests ( like to check his overall health so as to assess the health of the baby....No logic I know😆but It's ITV...Even we have to stoop down to their logic standards🤣).

They should atleast build a good and big hospital ka set. Hospital visits ke beech beech mein they keep coming home. 🤣.
