Exactly.. Facepalm, shows following the same cra* route.... And this is quite common with all SP shows... All are playing slap slap this time around.. Bas ek hii umeed hai kii yahaan Narmada ka thappad to Imlie, is just a upaj of Jo's imagination.. Fingers crossed..

Unfortunately this is not the first time it is happening.. I have seen it happen before too, like in Imlie, when Aryan Imlie ka wedding track began, in a few other SP shows too the wedding track kickstarted.. The follow similar story lines.. I agree creative liberty should be given, instead of restricting the show' and putting all of them in a single trope box... This is a more recent phenomenon with Star Plus dramas..

I am truely dissappointed . With tripathi's gone I knew Rathore clan will have to take hit to keep drama aglore but making narmada hit Imlie is worst CVs could do. Utterly shocking that they are willing to butcher narmada to this extent that a woman who considered Imlie blessing , who prayed for Imlie 's happiness , who was ready to stand against her own son when she suspected him to force Imlie, is now slapping Imlie. This can and never be acceptable. Narmada would have to turn against arylie bcz Aryan doesn't give a damn about anyone except Arpi, narmu and Imlie. Narmada turning against Imlie in this situation is understandable but it would have been better if she gave Imlie cold shoulder.

I just hope that they edit out the slap. Imlie team doesn't need to such gimmicks they are doing well in trps.

But plz narmada character can never come back from this and I just don't want such a beautiful character to turn to ashes

I don't go to any other forums because for me even though I watch Anupama and Yeh Rishta I am not that invested.....in one its hamesha bashan though acting is good (not the hiccupping crying 🤣) and in another it's more dance than anything....too much simpering by FL in my opinion. I love Imlie and will continue watching even if the tracks go haywire sometimes atleast for the sake of great performances by Arylie...both FK and STK are amazing actors. Yes, I too follow those two on and off, I like Rupali a lot since Sarabhai days and Harshad since tere liye days. But Imlie show is much better than these two as of now, that's why I'm sad about what they are turning imlie into since Arylie marriage track. But I can't let go because FK, Rajshri and STK are good actors, but I don't know if they butcher aryan then I won't be able to stick to this show for long. Because when Adi was good he was very good even with bigamy and all I could connect to his thought process and I used to equally love Malini, but later these two were brutally butchered and it was very heartbreaking, so I can't bear it again especially I don't want butchering of aryan and surpita.
