Today was his test/exam day. What test you say? The test of his patience, of his frustrations(more ways than one), test of his control, test of his sanity and test of his sense.
1. The bed question - he purposely said kal say tum meri employee aur mein boss. This man lives for Dom
2. The mujhe apse kuch kehna hai was the biggest test - the man looked like - “Imlie just say the word I will kiss ya and the bed ain’t far”. He looked like a man lost in the desert searching for water and finding a mirage.3. He put the chair but then the jealousy head was reared with “dost…what dost?”
4. The dori scene/ eyes closed - yet hands are itchy.
5. Smiling Imlie and the loaded question - In kapadon mein acchi lag rahi ho” quickly followed by -“vaise tum date par gayi ho kabhi… tumhen pata bhi hai date par hota kya hai?” Loaded with innuendos. His eyes actually DARKEN, his jaw slightly clenched. The Don was STRONG in this one.
6. staring at a happy imlie. This man refuses to acknowledge that he is gone - his next breath dependent on the girl in front of him.
Now did he pass the tests? He did, but, just scraped through.
