The medicines were definitely sent by Imlie because she talked to the chemist while on her undercover mission and told him to drop them at home. I think Aryan might be the one who reveals that they were sent by Imlie and not BD though.

It was a good show but I'm not holding my breath for supernatural trope here except revelation of Aryan being a vampire, that wouldn't come as a surprise at all. 🤣
