For everything I have against Imlie. Her losing her 'purpose' in life has nothing to do with Adi waiting for a mere 30 minutes. Imlie had dreams and they changed. Shit happened and she was forced to prioritise other stuff... how does this excuse Adi not having faith in her?

Secondly, she had every right to prove her point. She was blamed and she had to do pf in order to clear her name and protect the T clan she calls 'family'. She does not love Adi and she has convinced us of that.

Seriously, the only reason one would want to watch the first 20 episodes of the show is to see AKT trying to be a Serious Patrakaar. Yeah! Just that!

Dude, 20 is the age people begin to find purpose in life. 20 is the age when a person changes their mind about what they want to do with their lives a million times. Do you realise that she can change her mind about the purpose in her life? That out of the three of them, she's the only one capable enough to find her purpose back in life?

Satyakaam is in fact one of the justifications of why Imlie had to Malini's Parda Faash!

Apart from the most bullsh*t reason of helping the Tripathis, Imlie wanted to do Parda Faash for herself, her Dadda and her Amma, all who've been hurt by Malini.

And let's not forget her own closure.

But yeah. Everything woman does has to be for a man. How dare Imlie do Parda Faash when it's not for Aditya.

It is very clear that

a. either we don't watch the same show or

b. we do not have the same perspective.

I have watched not just the first 20 but nearly all of it. And an innocent 19 yo girl was treated like shit by her much older, supposedly wiser husband, then her older, wiser step sister, then the Tripathis, then her insecure, jealous, two timing husband, So pardon ma fraaanch!

The girl, is a survivor!!! She went back for that PF cuz ain't no one s***shaming her and getting away with it.

Rewatching the episode 354. Aditya waits at temple for Imlie. The muhurat for wedding was 30 mins. He left Malini just 15~20 mins before the mahurat started because Malini specifically told him mahurat was about to begin. He shoots a text n heads off to closest temple. Why? No idea. Any who? He waits for Imlie thinking she has read the message. But she doesn’t show up. So he heads back n reaches in last 5 mins of mahurat and marries Malini. It's only because she didn't know that BS is waiting for her that she surrendered to being stuck in that car and waited for someone to rescue her.

😆 I did engineering but also since i am just catching up old episodes while rewatching the current ones. I have the luxury to just breathe n chill and roll my eyes. Bold : you know what thats exactly why i cannot get mad at imlie. I watched the 20 episodes they mention and that is the only reason why when she pulled the naukrani stunt at the reception i was angry but not totally pissed off by her as many in the forum. Because i have seen this kid in blue school uniform with two pigtails being made murgi infront of a class. I know that this girl is just 19-20 yr old. She should not have been in this position in the first place. Considering the things that have happened to her due to the wedding the t family and aditya. I am just in awe at her resilience.

Like Aryan said she is a survivor. And loosing and getting their purpose in life? Can we blame her to occasionally falter when no one is around to guide her, show her the path. Steer her away from wrong decisions and stop her from self destruction. Of course, she got lost.

She finally got that selfless guide in Aryan and support in her amma. Aryan will go to any length to protect her from losing her purpose or self destruction because yes she is 20 n yes though an adult on paper she is not wise enough to when being good is also self harm.
