why don't asr give access to imlie to arvind case related information so that she too understand akt was indeed guilty and she don't have to conduct any such interview that hurts his n his family's sentiments.. does asr too has doubts at the back of his mind that akt's articles alone could not have lead to that incident 😏.. since he is emotional enough to investigate anything more on that case, may be he wants imlie to work on it from scratch without going thro those articles 😏

Aryaan doesn’t doubt his convictions about Akt. But he has time n again shown that his sense of justice n reasonability triumphs his need for revenge. His act of revenge had always been fair on aditya. Write a different article than what u want to write. Failing that get demoted. Resignation not accepted because of family emergency. Letting them use company health insurance. Giving him fair reference for other jobs. The one time he actually used underhanded method was when he was pushed by his unravelling relationship with imlie who is his archilis heel at this point. He stilled dialled it back to get imlie to not sacrifice her career to save akt.

Now imlie is back to where he wants her to be. Focused on her work. He has realized that he cannot stop her and he will never control her. Its against his fabric. So he is again using this opportunity to teach her things. Be stubborn. Keep at it. Start from scratch. Make your way. He is foremost a mentor to imlie. That role preceeds everything else in his life. At least thats how interpret it.

He's always wanted her to be independent and concentrate on her career and what a better chance than this opportunity that fell on his lap.

Well the case is too personal for him, anyone digging it up again is like scratching old wounds, it will pain and he will fight back.

This is the journey of healing of two people with lots of emotional trauma and baggage, it will have lots of angst.
