So basically you want Imlie giving a monologue expressing how you want her to feel not how she actually feels? She's obviously sticking to her guns staying at that point of not believing anything Aryan tells her. That's how she feels at the moment and that's what she is expressing. Why should she trust Aryan? When she trusted him he gave her probably the biggest dhoka of her life probably even bigger than the one Aditya and Malini gave her. She had bared her very soul to Aryan acquainting him with every bit of trauma she bore from her first forced wedding but he himself went and forced her into another in spite of everything. So can't blame her really for hardening her heart and sticking twigs in her ears.

Todays episode was great but don't have enough energy to comment on it right now. Definitely one I will watch again. It was perfect in a lot of ways. I wonder what makes Imlie come back to the mandap.

From Aru gently putting on Imlies bangles (redemption for when he didn't stop her from hurting herself via bangles from my pov), and him just looking at her while she got dressed to her eyes only searching for him in the crowd.

Then he burns his hands saving Satyakam and Meethis gift. Wish he would have used that opportunity to tell BM that he will never come in the way of Imlies education and professional development and that he was actually going to support her in her goals...but I guess that's for another track.

BM only has nerves. smh!

With this I have a theory. I think the reason Aru is doing doing gol gol baatein with Imlie and not expressing what he is actually feeling is because he is scared. Imlie has not given any indication that she is over AKT. In fact, her concern for her ex in last episode even made me question is she really over him? Aru fears that if he confesses, she will reject and say she still loves her ex and that would break him. He is being selfish here. He thinks if this marriage happens for real, he will give her everything that her ex could not give her and more and hopefully then she will fall in love with him. The way he is going at it is wrong but that nightmare in the hospital has him in a chokehold. Aru will not confess anything to her soon and Imlie is not smart enough to figure it out on her own. This MU will be dragged after wedding and we will keep seeing Imlie being a rebel and Aru trying to do stuff to make her realise. As much as we want to see a cold Aru, I don't think it is coming any time soon.

he’s afraid of rejection bc anytime he’s seen her, she’s always been running back to her T family or trying to give explanation, prove or crying after Adi. In a sense, she’s forgetting she’s being exactly who Adi was to her - he questioned her integrity and to which, she told him you can think as you are bc I’m not giving you any explanation since you already have made up your mind. Aru is doing the same all the whole telling her do you really think I can use you or hurt you?! He has self respect .. just like she did when her intentions were questioned.

It makes me sad to see her partly who Adi was to her to Aru.

I’m curious now to know/see why and how she marries him if she left and had a choice to break free and not move forward w the wedding .. probably bc Aru is like you can break free from it all but Adis proof will remain w me ..

In all of this, she doesn’t get that if she thinks she can do anything, she really can break free from the marriage and figure out another way to get the proof.

it's interesting, someone pointed out badi ma isn't even a rathore by birth, she married in, so i doubt we'll get it but i would love narmada to finally stand up to her sister in law because wtf, just bc she's your SIL doesn't mean that you should take her BS?

I'm hoping the certificates is a sign that we'll go back to her schooling and job, and will he even let her back to BT/that was an internship so can she focus on school, her brain cells would probably be happy (but no seriously if she was forced to focus on school there could be different drama like with a classmate or something instead of all the saasbahu shenanigans (yes i know this is ITV but other shows let the FLs work on their own lives too!)

Did anyone notice.... During BD revelation scene, inbetween Imlie droops or something and everyone at once gather around and worry about her but Aryan doesn't budge and looks like he's consumed by anger. How I wish he attended to Imlie instead of being consumed by anger symbolising that Imlie is the one who can pull him out of the darkness he's struck in.

Thank you bea for pointing out. I love Aryan but imlie isn't completely wrong at her stand because Aru pushed her to think that way. Even she itself told I don't want to think anything of you please tell me what you're thinking - she tried her best.
