Well, well, well, so much discussion about a certain hero turned into minus, so I will add my 2 cents as well.

Hate me, but I have not been too much of a fan of GM. He acts decent, that's it. Not someone to drool or fuss over, like a certain section. Well, all the best to them.

Regarding the show not being as popular as other Gul shows, because madam suddenly wanted to break through her KJo image and try something very Anurag Kashyapesque, trying to reach out to audiences apart from Hindi GEC by using seemingly known yet unknown faces like GM, MD and ST. And it clicked with the audience till one point. After that one point the great writers work steps in to show their creativity jo story ki khol ke baja deti hai.

Character consistency to ek time ke baad khatm si ho jaati hai. But these people have worked to systematically ruin Aditya Kumar Tripathi. Flawed samajh aata hai, lekin ye bhaisaab to sab flawed characters ke devta hai. What is there to like in the man? He such an entitled loathesome ass who cannot look beyond himself and at the same time has zero self-awareness.

Love story??? Ek 17 saal ki ladki khud ko nahi jaan paati uss age me, pyaar kya khaak samjhegi. Woh bhi kisse, ek spoilt brat se. For Imlie, words mean everything at her age, even if actions show otherwise. Bewaqoof. Abhi bhi wahi pe hai. Life me baaton ka babaseer banke, lambi lambi poetry in prose marke rishte nahi nibhte hai. You have to work on it, water it like a plant, put effort on it. Imlie ko to zero experience hai living an ostracized life with a single mother, and jiske paas opportunity hai to lead by example, uska dimaag aur dil to ghode bechke so raha hai.

Life me family ki size aur aadmi ki bakloli se shaadi chalti tab to divorce hi nahi hota. Family me bhi healthy boundaries honi chahiye, soch badi honi chahiye, parents ki values apne bachchon me reflect honi chahiye. And I don't even see 1% of that in Tripathis.

Imlie has always been an outsider with the Tripathis despite being the DIL. And with Rathores, she is an outsider but treated as family. Once she is totally a part of that circle, she will see how actions mean more than words, and what healthy relationships look like. Hope she learns to have a spine someday. Doing action stunts to protect losers isn't what having a spine is called.
