I have a feeling the forshadowing from hut scene is coming into play. Where aryan declared himself villian , imlie hero, and akt herione . But the catch will be like in PD aryan cared for imlie putting up boss babu front during bandage scene. He must have taken this step to protect imlie from something. But he will put up this facade .
