Hurrom, Imlie is not pregnant. The villagers are speculating that Aditya has left her pregnant just like Dev had left Mithi. Their speculation, OF COURSE, is false. 😃

Oh that is just this show specific and I think a coincidence... because other shows have the FL's name first sometimes. It is just what sounds best... Imlitya aur Imliyan thoda ajeeb nahi lagta? 🤪

i too always wondered why always these name start with MLs name but then it has to sound easy to pronounce and no tounge twister so may be thats the reason..
