I agree with you on the rest😊

stalker yes ..

but i'd say word that i feel is "He observers her so very much.." which kind of goes into stalking territory if its does with the intention to harm other person...

why he does so.. cause he feels Imlie is the one who is victim of the same person his family is a victim of.

he feels he couldn't save his family from Adi but he wants to save Imlie from him so the stalking/observing thing makes sense... he knows Imlie's life thru everyone around her so he feels she doesnt deserve all the insult Adi's is throwing at her and he just wants to smack some sense in her head (though its not working yet)...

But he is not unaware or slowly getting there. He is an intelligent man very adept at reading his own feelings. He also knows she loves Adi very much. So that is an added reason for him to hide his attraction consciously.

He started being possessive a while back when she came back from the interview she did with Adi.

Now that Imlie's break with Adi is clearer and established, we will see him becoming more proprietorial.

With sending Adi - did he not have a monologue where he says go away Adi away from the people who you hurt and don't deserve to be with...it should imply and don't come back. No?

earlier it was only the bad reporter bit - now he also has the whole Imlie humiliation he will try to avenge.

I feel he is more of a Shivaay... Shivaay was protective and possessive and very territorial about Anika, but it took him a long time to accept that he loves her. I feel he is seeing her as another human who is suffering because of Adi... he is putting all under the Adi's victim category for now. Like his, "main palta kyu?" and his own surprise at calling her cute... he is kind of being unaware. And all of Malini's questions, he puts the answer in "protecting Imlie from Adi".

The major difference between the initial Adilie track and Arylie track is that Aryan is given monologue which Adi was never given. Towards an extend makers are showing Aryan's motivations are all to protect Imlie from Adi than any other reason, they are drawing a clear line at where the line is blurring for Aryan between Adi revenge and protecting Imlie because she matters for him which he himself is not aware of.

Only in that episode I got the stalker feel otherwise I never got it... during Adini wedding, I saw people saying he was stalking Imlie, I didn't feel so because it was established even before he went to cover the wedding that he was going there with the sole intention to protect Imlie, so, it wasn't a shock for me to see him hang around Imlie like that, I expected him to do that.

I agree, Aryan sees Imlie like a victim that he has to save from Adi. I had mentioned once before about my understanding of Aryan's feelings for Imlie. At first she was a menace, then he started sympathizing with her and finally empathizing with her. His fierce protectiveness for her stems from that.

And Imlie's inability to move on even after her strong resolve is pushing him to a corner.

@bold yeah, that I might have missed. Yeah, it could mean that he is sending Adi there to get killed but I still don't think he expects Adi to be killed, that would make him completely negative. I think his redemption for that might come when he sees Imlie's pain, and tries to save Adi.

@bold.. oh ok.. got it now.

@green... very much on agreement abt this... ill add one more thing.. he is also impressed by her zeal for life.. and him addressing her as Jungli is such a meaningful nickname (we had discussed in details in another thread) that only after he got to know about how much she had worked hard to be at college (just before car's mud spa.. and he tells to colg principal that jungle ka sher shehar aa jaye to circus hi karta hai).. and then immediately next scene he calls her as Jungli. its like he appreciates her fierceness just so much that only words that comes close to her was Jungli..

@red.. Exactly. how men are taught to handle their emotions is way different than women and here Aruhad gone thru even further to shut them up and not to adress them again.. he does want imlie to keep her emotoinal side intact but at same time it baffles him as to why she cant get over her feeling for Adi..

thats that contrast between these 2 and thats what he is so unable to accept and handle.

Never connected to the Jungli thing like that😊 I never got offended with the Jungli name, for me it felt something on the lines of jhalli only. Adi says it in an endearing way and Aryan will start soon😆 some are finding it offensive because Aryan is not smiling when he calls her that, but then that man has smiled only once according to the narrative of the story😆

regarding the handling the emotion, another major reason is, Aryan knows both Adi and Imlie are hurt... while Imlie prefers to hide her pain and smile, Adi goes out of his way to insult and taunt Imlie in a bid to handle his hurt. while Imlie's hurt still gets over powered by her concern for Adi (the SM murti incident), Adi's concern for Imlie gets over powered by his hurt and bitterness towards her(the chilly incident). Aryan sees it clearly and he is getting furious that Imlie is not seeing it.

lol.. i connected with it cause i was offended by Jungli same as i was with Jhalli... there i couldnt find any connection as jhalli meant dumb which i disliked addressing someone using it but when jugli made me feel same DT thread helped me seeing beyond that word.

Oh yes.. i couldnot see that way about emotions.

Aryan is intelligent, smart person.. and he sees thru people and their emotions to figure out the reason behind those actions.. so yes you said it correct... Aru is even more frustrated with Imlie as she is still unable to find why Adi does to what he does and still goes back to him in the name of Daya/maya...

not sure when she will finally open her eyes and stop looking what had hurt her all this while.. cause more you look back more you have chance to stumble while moving ahead as you are not concentrating on future..

hope she learns soon....

I don't think Imlie will ever stop caring for or worrying for Adi.. she clearly said that... she will stop loving him but will always care for him... She cares for Malini even now, so this is Adi... It is going to be Aryan who will have to learn to live with that magnanimity of Imlie's character. It is going to irk Aryan to no ends but he is going to see it for what it is, both her strength and weakness.

yes true she wont change..

but i just wish pray hope that she changes cause that irks me more than Aryan may be seeing her all over the place emotionally on the mention of Adi in danger...

Yes !! Exactly i felt the same during the puppy scene bcz exactly after kissing the puppy he sees Imlie hiding behind the car . His eyes had a different emotion as if he got the answer of what he needs to take away from Aditya 🤪😆.

Obviously he is hyperaware of her presence. He is drawn towards her and it seems that he cannot believe that how come Aditya won Imlie's love and this makes him protective as he thinks she is very innocent .
