Standing Ovation for ASR

I know in my previous post I declared I wouldn’t watch any new episodes, but I’m a masochist apparently. Lol. Actually I was rather interested in seeing what ASR does in the episode. So I watched today’s episode. Screw everything else and please give a standing ovation for Aryan Singh Rathore. What a character! “Zindagi tumhari hai, toh faisla lene ka haq bhi tumhara hai.” Basic human decency and thought from a male character in this show. One of the most alpha male characters of this show and he didn’t use high handed behavior. Also, ASR is not in love with Imlie right now. He is a mentor who is fond and concerned for her because she has been hurt by the same man his family was hurt by. So, nothing cheap in his behavior that I can find even the slightest.

For the viewers who are saying that had ASR not deleted that msg, Adilie would’ve happened. Uh, hello, wake up and smell the coffee. Anu got her locked up in a car. Imlie was on her stupid way to stop the marriage. The msg had no point in changing the dynamics whatsoever. Malini knew Aditya so well that she anticipated his every reaction. Aditya was not forced to marry Malini. His stupid behind could’ve looked for Imlie. Even at such a pivotal moment, he wants Imlie to come to him. To him it just doesn’t occur to go look for her since he apparently loves her. So, to all these viewers, respectfully pranayam jaake kare aur apna buddhi zara badhaye.

Aryan Singh Rathore is the only one I found worth rooting for in the past couple of episodes. I just hope the makers don’t take a Udaariyaan route. I want my Aru to end up with the Majboot Imlie from the precap. Aditya’s character can go through a redemption arc at some point, but I think he shouldn’t be in Imlie’s life as a love interest. I would be more interested in seeing a possible mentor in Aditya in the far future for Imlie and he should have another love interest. He isn’t as worldly as he claims to think he is.

Huge shoutout to mltr16 who is currently writing Arylie SS Full Circle. I hope the makers go through a graph like that.

My observations -

1. Being a boxer paid off for Aryan today, loved the scene where he did the fabric wrap like a pro.

2. He gave up holding her back. That was progressive and a world away from the entitled BS.

3. Aryan's red eyes at Imlie's pain! Aw, this boy is in love, he just doesn't know it yet. He thinks of her as one of his that he protects.

4. Did Aditya and Malini drive off in the wedding car without a door and without slippers!? I would have loved to see that!

Aru is the best thing abt this show.. like one person who actually n behaves like normal would do.. not like overdramatic.

His act of deleting the msg but only after a lil self talk why he has to do so..

and today again his self talk before leaving her hand...

i see he too have 2 thoughts in split seconds but he always uses his brain n not heart to get to the conclusion like what should be done in current scenario.

I absolutely love how he broke car door... almost in panuc seeing her fainted (he isnt in love with her yet but the sheer panic and his voice was so telling that he is worried to death abt her safety.. this girls matters to him not yet as love interest but as a Precious Person in his life)

And him holding her first moment and then letting her GO... and his line ur life ur decision was soo apt..

he never forced her in her personal life yet and this character is so consistent (so far) in making he is not overstepping his boundaries in her life.. and thats the best part abt Aru... hope he remains soo

He is the best and such different character in this show among everyone trying to become Godfather for Imlie or forcing/pleading/coercing her to do things for them.

Today's episode

Let's just get to the main Part he found her. I mean the way fahman acted it was amazing 👏 he portrayed ASR to the apt the emotions, the frantic searching, the adrenaline surge of trying everything he can so that he can reach the person dear to him keeping in mind that he has suffered the trauma of losing someone in the past locked up in the car and was helpless in the face off it, I really wasn't shocked when he knocked the door off because that person was dead anxious for not letting it happen again.

He had adrenaline raging through his veins and then making sure she is okay and still like still with a heavy heart letting her go and standing by her side Man that requires Guts that one part just made the whole episode bearable for me.😍😍

OMG! The car part didn’t even occur to me. That’s such a good thing you pointed out. I wonder if it was deliberate on the makers part. It would be shock if it was, considering the crap thinking sequences they’ve come up with.

I wish it was deliberate like when I was watching the episode and the moment his eyes landed on her lying unconscious in a car All I thought was shit shit and the way his pupils dilated I was just imaging that in his head it might be "NO, NO, No not again I'm not letting it happen again" and it made that scene way more valuable for me🥺

this has to be deliberate.. there is no way such small yet big things can be used without a deep thinking n planning from makers

its to strengthen their bond thru pain and suffering thru one more knot "stuck in car" he couldnt save last time but it was he could...
