I just realized too that their (Aryan-Imlie, of course) nonverbal scenes aka eye locks are getting so good since the marriage track has started. You can see their intense emotional connect every single day. I wanted to highlight the scene in which she is walking away when Adi and Malini start dancing a slow dance on day 1 of wedding ceremonies, Aryan blocks her way, that eye lock was amazing, you could see that connect. No need for words, he was simply looking at her, no judgement, and she recalled his words, turned back and resolutely made her way back. I loved that eyelock. And for those people who cannot see it, I don't know, they must have blinders on, because both Sumbul and Fahman are doing a fab job of growing that graph.
While Gul is giving all the usual cues of a marriage happening - Arylie performing first aarti of jagrata, then mehendi ka A....I hope there is no forced marriage. Its too early in their journey and I agree with everyone, there is no reason to. Aryan does not seem the kind that will force her to marry (ab I am sure makers will do the opposite so he remains grey) and she is too traumatized to want to jump in to a marriage. Shaadi ka laddu - she does not want to marry and repent again. I have watched 3 Gul shows so far and all 3 of them had forced marriages 😒 so I would not be shocked. Ideal scenario - didi revelations, adi stopping the wedding, pursuing Imlie, Arylie continue their journey and Imlie choosing Aryan over Adi. High hopes na? 😊
