Aditya is already roaming around everywhere with Malini, even at his own anniversary. He insists on Malini and child living with him. He married that woman while knowing he's married to Imlie and did both the girls wrong.
Imlie is not a weakling. I really hope the writers don't show her as some lovelorn Sita waiting for years in hope of Aditya turning around when he clearly will be living with Malini and child. Why should a woman only live like a loyal wife for a man who made none of those sacrifices? She needs to move on with Aryan who already seems a much better character for her. They speak the same language and they are well-matched in temperament. Aditya just expected Imlie to accept whatever was his whim of the moment - his marriage, his sleeping with Malini, his separation, divorce, assault, kid, and then sautan in the same household. He gave Imlie no freedom to set the limits of their marriage. He needs to be dumped. I know he's the main character and Gashmeer is gorgeous, but think about what kind of a character this man has. He loves Imlie, but made no adjustments to his life or ego for her. Imlie should be shown as moving on and coming into her own. Then, she can face him head on.
