Achcha beheno, just a thought. People are so intent on proving that Aryan is the villain just as much as Malini is. So tell me, was Malini didi given so much jingbang, and was she given any signs and symbols that she is Aditya's foulmate...oh ho...soulmate🤣. Was her character built that way? I mean I have always treated Malini as a side character, which is why I guess she has been turned into a villain. Uske character and presence me strength nahi tha when she was portrayed as Ms. Goody Two Shoes. She was always the delusional kind.

But Aryan has all lead level quality background, theme, family, business, attitude, and kindness when he chooses to be kind. He has a strong screen presence and till now hasn't been too much of a botheration. In fact, he has started as grey and I believe he will remain that way. And I hope in the future Imlie chooses him for whoever he is. I don't like this change because of the girl. He is fine anyway. So what makes others think that he will be as bad as Malini or as obsessive as her

Is it because he will come b/w Adilie?

Is it because of the supposed revenge with Aditya?

Is it because of the way his behaviour and attitude towards Imlie is shifting?

If so is the case, Shivaay should not have married Anika, Madhu should not have chosen RK and Arnav and Khushi should not have met.

And please don't give Gul devi ji as the answer. That is self-explanatory.😆

Perhaps the most beautiful trick the Universe played on us was to make our eyes like mirrors so we could remember ourselves in another.

It's the inherent bias against the newcomer:

- Aryan can't get Imlie's love because in the eyes of some people it is meant for Aditya and Aditya only, regardless of what happens. Regardless of how low he drops.

Also villain status depends on a person's character bias:

- Malini is clearly a villain. I didn't watch her "good" days. But I will say this, when your boyfriend of 7 years and now your husband tells you he is already married, and when that person is your kid sister, I mean, it's like the dark-side sent you an open invitation. Imlie called Malini a pati chor, but didn't Imlie do that first? Fiancé chor atleast. In Malini's eyes she took back what was hers. I'm not defending her. Her actions are unconscionable. But based on what I know in the short time I've watched, I can understand her descent.

- Aryan's been crafted so carefully and his arrival just happens to align with incidents that have shaken the very foundation upon which the show has been built for the past year. I.e.: Imlie's unwavering faith in her sindoor and marriage, and her fight to gain respect in her sasural.

- Aryan is already too layered and too grey of a character himself like you said. I don't view him as a villain because, I really want him to work out, what I've seen so far is a direct contradiction to true villainy and he is a breath of fresh air. Aryan is playing Imlie's guardian angel right now, reminding her who she is and as a result taking Imlie further and further away from Adtiya. For Aditya, Aryan is a play from the powers that be for him to get his comeuppance. Aryan doesn't even act as a catalyst for change, but rather just a gentle and sometimes not so gentle reminder to Imlie of how small she has become in her own life. At the same time, Aditya proves Aryan right at every turn.

- The male villain of this series right now is Aditya. He's just started his descent, which is also understandable given his characterization. So it's arguable that he was always this person and circumstances have only now allowed him to reveal himself, same as Malini. He is going to reach new lows just like Malini. Everytime we think, good grief Aditya what in the world, he is going to drop even lower. This is how villainy works, it brings you no peace and no happiness. And 4 Lions is doing justice to what villainy does to someone's mental health and overall happiness.

You forgot to mention OST... 😆

He's been shown in grey shade a bit till now, that's more appealing about his character... I'm watching all episodes as I've only seen bits and pieces while my mom watched.

What Imlie has done as per the promo because Aditya is wronged insulted and thrown out is correct because she is female lead ? And Aryan the new comer is supposed to be wrong in seeking justice for the wrongdoings of a egoistic journalist . By the way he has behaved with his own wife , I believe he is even wrong with regards to what was done to Arvind. Time for Imlie to pay in my opinion otherwise she will also fall in her blind faith . Payment in the sense have a wake up call to the true nature of her past one year world

Aryan is definitely not a villain for me. People see what they want to see. Most of the Adilie or Aditya supporters want Aryan to be a villain so that he is not a threat to Adilie. There's nothing more to it. Aryan has never done anything a villain would do - even if he was deliberate in provoking Aditya, it would still be more of Aditya's fault than his. Also based on what is shown, he's genuinely protective of Imlie.

One thing I don't understand is what is the point of bringing up first wife vs second wife. When Malini married Aditya, she thought she was the only wife and that is what Aditya made her think. Then how come which marriage came first became relevant after he fell in love? Marriage is not inheritance of a kingdom and the first born would get the status of heir. That Malini turned out to be a rotten, disgusting character later does not nullify what was done to her. She was wronged and cheated in a way that it would be difficult for anyone to recover from that trauma. Her fragility is not a valid excuse for Aditya's deliberate bigamy. So for me Aditya has always been the villain of this story.
