Okay, before you say anything, I agree the title is extremely misleading, but honestly their jail adventure inadvertently became just that. Yeh dono, apne saath ke chakkar main landed up giving Pranav FOMO, and that was super cute to watch. Waise aaj was the return of the traffic scenes, that too at strategic points of the episode, so that apparently we understand the time of day, warna toh hume samajh hi nahi aata. Another thing that came back that was missing for a while was sabki andhruni aawaz, jo itne cheekh cheekh kar bol rahi thi, that I wondered how either of them could not figure out what the other was thinking - pura ka pura woh purane serials ke vibe aa rahe the, when vamps used to plot against the heroine and used to tell the entire plot man hi man mein so that the audience knew what was going to happen next🤣.
Adi was worried that asking Imlie will land up getting him a taunt from her instead (how well he knows his wife😆), Pranav was wondering why Imlie was not telling Adi anything and if Adilie were communicating in some secret code without talking (waah bahi, yeh toh antayaami nikla, just at the wrong time😆) and Imlie was wondering how to tell Adi about the pen drive without alerting Pranav. Finally when all 3 were just staring down each other thinking about their next move in their minds, Imlie bursts out laughing, asking why they were plotting rather than talking to each other🤣. Adi apologizes to Pranav about Imlie's harkat, but shares a warning that Adi's professional hazard is coming to jail due to fighting for what is right.
The above gif is for all of us as well who are still hooked on to the show, despite the hazards the makers keep throwing at us😆. Adi then like a typical husband starts of enquiring about the pendrive and assuming that she dropped it at his office when she said it is where it should be. When he understands that it is missing, again like a typical husband, reacts on her that usse uski koi baat samajh nahi aa rahi hai and being inside, bechara kuch kar bh nahi paa raha hai - this entire exchange was super cute and hilarious the whole time
Imlie tries to give a message to Adi when Pranav moves away, and acts all romantic to throw Pranav off, which lands up confusing Adi as well. We get their eyelock and Piya Tose playing in teh background, Adi's hair flying and him utterly confused as well. He is wondering how the Imlie jo ghar main was mad at him, why was she trying to romance with him in front of Pranav and that too in a police station, which shocks Imlie out of her mind🤣.
Imlie warns him that woh Adi ke saath romance karne ke liye mare nahi jaa rahi hai, to which Adi gives a super cute and confused "kyun" which was the most adorable kyun that I have ever seen. The utter confusion on his face was hilarious to watch🤣. Imlie then explains to him that she wants to share a "raaj" ki baat with him, where again he gets confused asking, "kaun Raj". Lagta hain aaj Babusaheb ka bulbwa thoda dim hui gawa hai, hence it was taking so long to light😆. Imlie explains to him that she wants to share a secret, to which again humare Adi mahashay becomes teacher to correct her (no time and place for his mentorgiri) Imlie then explains that she will share her secret, but he needs to keep quiet and not react. Then she goes about writing on Adi's back that Pranav stole the pen drive, which gets Adi mad enough to almost break the bench they both are siting on. Adi agrees that he cannot do anything, as he understands that Pranav got him in jail, so they will need to use Imlie's "koot neeti" to solve this situation.
Adi then takes this opportunity to write on Imlie's back that he will not do anything and trust her instincts, and takes this opportunity to try and do romance with her. He tells her that after ages his wife is sitting next to him and spending time with him, to which she gets mad and asks him that at this time usko aur kuch nahi soojh raha hai kya😆. She moves away, to which Adi calls her Jhalli and Imlie comes back specifically to call him Shehri Langoor to his face - awww I missed this exchange so much.
Imlie & Pranav are let out of jail, where Adi tries to talk to Imlie and warns her to be careful, while Imlie assures him that she will get the pen drive back from Pranav no matter what. Pranav tells the minister that he will get the PD back to him, where Imlie tells him that they need to go home. When Pranav protests, the police come there and tell him that they need to investigate, so they cannot allow him to go anywhere. SO reluctantly, Pranav goes back to the T house. While bechara Adi being in jail, thinks that while Imlie may not fully trust him yet, he has complete faith in her and her abilities.
At the T house, Aparna prepares for the kanya puja, when Malini tries her best to instigate her against Imlie, by calling Imlie irresponsible and careless. Then Aparna takes it on herself to explain to Malini very clearly that - A) Adi was in lockup due to his fight for truth (she compared Adi to Bapu - kya baat hai), B) She has full faith in her blessings and SM that her son will be fine (with a cute flash back to Imlie explaining her why Adi took her blessings before going on his assignment). As for Imlie, Aparna explains that she is used to seeing Imlie fight for everyone in her family, and especially for Adi, so Aparna has full faith in her as well. She hears BK & CK and assumes Adi has come, but understands that Adi has not come as yet.
Seeing the police also there, they explain that they're going to search the house for proof, where Imlie supports them saying she is with them. Malini tries to pull down Imlie saying that her drama is not ending, despite Adi being in jail, to which Imlie gives it back to her, saying that Adi has SM and his mother's blessings, and pinches Malini's cheeks, asking her to give Imlie these good luck vibes, so that she can succeed in her mission😆. She reminds Malini that she has brought back Adi from the jaws of death, so a lock up cannot hold him for long.
Pranav is bugged with Imlie and explains to the minister why he was not able to get the pen drive. the minister calls Pranav stupid and says that he will come to the T house to get the PD from him. Rupi tries to talk to Pranav, but he blasts at her. Rupi is confused as to Pranav's behavior, but justifies it to him being upset at being in the lock up the night before. Meanwhile, Imlie prays to SM and asks for an ishaara to help her with her problem, when se sees the 9 kanyas who have come for the kanya puja, who look like the 0 forms of devi.
Seeing them she understands SM's ishaara and welcomes them home. She talks to one of the girls and shares her plan with her, and tells the other girls as well, who agree to do what she said. All the ladies do the kanya pooja, where Imlie reminds Diya of what she needs to do as per the plan.
The precap shows the pen drive being played as passing the parcel between the girls with it finally reaching Imlie, while Pranav watches on, and is able to do nothing to stop it. So it looks like Pranav's parda faash should get done in the next 2 days or by 300, and finally the team can celebrate Dussehra with a bang.
