I love Aditya and Imlie's age gap too. They had a lot of learn about each other which the show explored a bit in June with the mentor-mentee relationship. But I found it a bit selfish that Aditya wants Imlie to care for Malini and the baby but before he got mad when she said she wanted to explore hostel life and making friends because it took her away from him. That is putting way too many expectations on a girl he wasn't even giving acknowledgement as his wife in the house. And why is Imlie still working in this house and how dare Malini give her orders to clean the room? Imlie is the bahu, not the servant. I wanted to take it all out and just give them space to relearn about each other. Stay for the ride and see how you like it. I would love to hear more feedback from you as the pieces progress.

Or thinking abt him before making those decisions she was giving up on him … she without telling went to C house and from there was planning for hostel … so he was mad …

Yes, his anger made sense then because he wanted to become part of her life. But it doesn't make sense now that he expects her to care for Malini's health. What kind of messed up expectation is that!?

Yup he should set her free which he indirectly told her the decision would be hers but holding her tight and also adding not yo give up on their relationship … but Imlie is also not thinking rationally … here .

But per the story - he is not expecting her to - is he? He want's her to not give up on their relationship but he left it up to her. It's Imlie's belief that she needs to use her brain during tough times and fulfil her responsibilities however hard it is. She feels she needs to stand by BBSB since he was deceived by Malini and support him in spite of him prioritizing the baby over her. She also accepts that he needs to prioritize the baby over her :( - here lies the disconnect for me - that an embryo with no identity is taking priority over Imlie the love of his life. I cannot even begin to wrap my head around that. Again it's Imlie choosing servitude in the T house...no body is forcing her to. It's gross for me to watch but tbh - I cannot blame Adi for these things. I hate the fact that everyone is comfortable to be in this state of limbo with no decisions on future being made. I guess no one can see a clear path and no one wants to rock the boat. Makers are hoping stupid viewers will watch till they come up with fake or real miscarriage.

BTW - Marybarton - do you think the rape was real? I am not not sure I can handle this if it is true. It will just be too yucky for me.

Regarding last installment - I'm glad you made the distinction that while Adi was trying to search for info on Imlie - she was stronger in ensuring the complete break for the past 10 years. I do not like the idea of an actual rape - so the miscarriage did not sit well with me. It bring an element of cringe to the story that I can never could stomach. I like the way Adi is shown how it is for him to se Imlie being involved with another man - good way to stress again how the situation 1o years ago would have been for Imlie.

WOW this is interesting and amazing because of the way the story is not on home ground but with international involvement. A brilliant story from all chapters.

Definitely real, they needed to make sure Malini was a vamp. The writing though is getting so bad because they don't know what to do for the TRP and they might change that. They are making the pregnancy look real, so it happened. They might later show it is someone else's or that Malini faked it, for now all evidence with docs say real. But when this evidence ever stop soap writers? What was gross was that Mrs. C was admiring how her daughter kept him busy all night under influence. Malini's total disrespect for anything Aditya wants shows even when they are married. Everything is always about her and what a good wife she is to him. On the other hand, Imlie is like this doormat who cannot be bothered to think of herself at all. I wish they once showed a lead with some grey like Aditya is grey. He's more human and more likeable as a result.

I was annoyed to see Aditya tell Imlie off for not reminding Malini about her medicine. Why should that be her responsibility just because she let Malini stay in the house? Why is Imlie being so nice to this woman when she knows what Malini did. Aditya might be in denial that the assault happened, but Imlie saw the video too and she knows it. Why is Imlie making a u-turn since the case just because Malini is pregnant? Not blaming the child is one thing, but why become servant to Malini after letting her stay in the house. Aditya told Imlie she could decide all their fates and she did, that was giving her power to stand her ground, not lie down and become a doormat.

I agree, it is disgusting for me too that Aditya now has that on his record - unwillingly even. The gross factor increases because it was Imlie's sister. Aditya could not find online info on Imlie because she's a secret service agent and they don't maintain any online presence if they live undercover. This is why he was mystified when he could not find anything on someone so accomplished. Imlie in turn just avoided Aditya's personal life details which would not be online anyway because he's not a celebrity, he reports the news, so there is a lot of news coverage by him. As he says to his boss in my story earlier, his goal is to not become the story as a journalist. Also, he would have hidden his checkered past because it was embarrassing and it was long over (divorce, etc). It is info the secret service can find very easily though, that's why I had Alex find it.
