Adhithya’s case I am comparing with another real life scenario a simple example…

Once my classmate received unwanted messages or adult messages from a fake Id in fb messenger

Without wasting time she approached cyber cell… when she realised the person… she was very much devastated & with crying she explained I never expect this from him … my parents always not like his friendship but I trusted him… she was really upset … and said this is why we are saying parents can recognise the evil face of somebody et etc …she realised her evil face when directly hit her but her parents recognised earlier

When we come to Adhithya

He knows Malini for 7 years once by trusting her friendship is true and even love he decided to marry her even after getting married to imlie and tried to loyal to her … she never put a black face in front of him …

It’s not just a normal friendship but level is different also she is imlies step sister he can’t accept easily she is a demon who wants to destroy imlie …so not easily blinders can removed from his eyes…

But yes now it’s slipping & if pregnancy is fake she is going to lose his trust for ever…

He can’t admit a lady to be this much downfall whom he once married …

Malini is a small version of heroine (negative) in “Gone girl” movie.

And we now bashing Adhithya

Do you think if imlie will find out Malini’s real intention if she continued to her usual sugary mode… with out showing a glimpse… till now imlie believes Malini will have a change of heart … when Malini directly start fighting then only imlie realised …

Hello friends, just wanted to share my two cents on Adi's behavior in ME.

Sorry for the long post.

How the mighty Adi has fallen from the throne which he earned with so much hard work in last 150 episodes. For me at least.

I have always, (and I mean always) found Adi's actions, reactions justified. Be it Malini ko ghar lana, SK ko blame karna, his ostrich-pana. I always found his support for Imlie also upto the mark, his concern about her studies, standing for her after truth revelation to everyone etc etc..

But yesterday I just could not understand what he did.. There were just too many issues to ignore or to give benefit of doubt of any kind. I don't doubt his love for Imlie but he is definitely not drawing hard line with Malini. Yes, he is clearly stating every time that Imlie is his wife and he loves Imlie only. But that is not enough for Malini. She is still making her moves and he did not understand that even after watching video. That is just beyond me.

Yes, in past every time there was a need of selecting one of the two: Imlie or Malini,he clearly selected Imlie. Bridge incident, wanting to tell Malini truth even after her suicide attempt, leaving for PD3 etc etc

I am fine with everything, him going to meet Cs, not informing Imlie about deleting video (which I feel was done only for drama), not wanting to send Malini or Anu to jail (which surely is against his work ethics), but what I am not okay with is :

a.) still not prioritizing divorce. He should have kept that as a condition to take care of child's responsibility. Divorce is the need of hour.

b.) agreeing to stay with Malini under same roof. Does he not understand what that means for Imlie. How much emotion trauma she would go through seeing Malini everyday. Yes, Imlie allowed this but he gave power to Imlie when he should not have and he didn't give her power when he should have.

He has very clearly taken Imlie for granted and I hope Imlie refuses to go with him after this rescue mission.

For me, he needs to put PD3 level of efforts or may be more to redeem himself.

PS: I also hated college wala dialouge but I would blame writers for this. He has never taken her studies lightly before this. He even tolerated snake-bite so that she can write one exam so I would not judge him on this one sentence.

PPS: This is strictly my way of looking at things. I respect everyone else's opinions.

I also would like to know what has changed after Adi watched the video.

Before video: Both Adi and Malini were not in senses and they made a mistake.

After video:Both Adi and Mailni were not in senses and they made a mistake.

so what changed. Only thing that I can pin-point is that now everyone knows, Adi did what he did assuming he was with Imlie so now no one including Malini can claim that he wanted to be with Malini sub-consciously. Secondly, it was all planned by Anu.

This means that Adi is not doubting Malini even one percent. Malini's status is still same for him what it was before video. He is still not trusting Imlie when she says that Malini challenged her and her relation with Adi. So that means one of two things:

1.) Imlie was lying through out and she is still lying when she says that Malini ,intentionally, took advantage of Adi that night.

2.) Imlie was correct though out about what's happening but she was wrong about the person involved.

If this is 2nd, it is still acceptable and some what believable.

I was inspired to watch today's episode and so glad that I watched, though in ff speed. Epi was far better than previous epis because of less dd with chopping by Rupidi😆Apuke pass thodasa sharam aur parwa bachhi hai dekh kar bhi aachha laga 😆Radha doesn't exist like dd to me ,only furnishers😆

Finally something inspired you to watch - Yay for that. I was okay with the episode as we got to see just how disinterested everyone was with respect to Malini - matlab the only person who gave her words any bhaav was NN, that too to call her kaali zabaan🤣. Baaki ka stuff was the usual and even Rupi di ke muh main wapis zabaan aa gayi, calling her kachra and kabaad🤣. Baaki I was a bit bugged at Adi being so blase about Imlie missing or even being kidnapped, but otherwise so glad that finally we are getting a mood shift from what we were getting since the last few weeks 😆

The thing changed is the child😆 . He saw the preg report & didn't want to stamp the kid to be born unwanted & product of rape in short. The guy has his heart at right place which is being misused by Malini. Hope his bombs will be as big this betrayal😡

I agree with you Aarti ji. I was okay with Adi until yesterday. But yesterday, the scene outside the court was a big jhalak to me. I mean, it didn't make sense that Adi after watching the video and confessing with his own mouth that Malini was lying all along, has nothing to say when Imlie said Malini many times directly told her that she'll take him away from her. This is the first time she told him that Malini directly said all this to her. And she told him this after he watched the video. There is no way he can ignore this now. He didn't even address what she just said and went back to I can't send Malini to jail in this halat. Imlie even said the daraar is only because of you and he didn't say a word.

This is so not Adi, whatever halat Malini is in is irrelevant. The character just suddenly flipped during this conversation. That's not possible. That's the reason I strongly believe he has a plan to expose Malini.

If not, this man has stooped lower than Aparna.

No I think he just did not want to be the person who sends a pregnant woman to jail - no matter that the pregnancy was an outcome of something that did not involve his consent. Uski sense of responsibility and tendency to give Malini the benefit of doubt even when he has clear proof in front of him is what made him do this. Also he miscalculated Imlie's reaction after she found out the truth - he assumed she will understand, not factoring that she would feel exactly how he felt when she let SK go. He is wrong now in the exact same way she was wrong then. Atleast Imlie was ready to let SK get punished, but Adi is not able to that, hence his current status in the doghouse and the viewers mind as well😆
