See case is molestation & intoxication by Malini

Normally no lower court don’t look into further issue

HC or SC is fine because they are bound to set questions of law ….

Bigamy added and again said didi married invalid… clearly Malini is culprit without no permission she molestated other person…which she have no authority

I made those statements on the assumption that this so lower court since these cases don’t get heard in Hc or sc and on that basis they normally have to refile . At least from my knowledge

I have one doubt. Here Adi is a victim. As per serial Imlie is not his official biwi. First of all can imlie file this case? Is it valid?

Can I chip in? The wife does not have to be the one to file. Normally it can be someone on behalf but the victim statement in support is necessary or there must be proper or evidence of such an act.. an investigation is then Launched to prove
