People still willing to justify Malini despite what she did just makes me wonder - how?

I mean Malini should be forgiven to force someone she calls a friend and her sister's husband to spend the night with her while he is drugged and impersonating his wife, because Adi apparently could not control himself. Malini should be given a clean chit because she has been "cheated" by the people she trusted and apparently forgave, but took "advantage" of her. Malini should be allowed to go scot free, because Adi and Imlie did not prosecute PD ke villagers when they forcefully married them off. While I agree that the villagers should be prosecuted, but that was something that Adi should have done, which he chose not to do - and suffers to this day along with Imlie. Him by seeing his wife insulted day in and day out by his family and called names, and her by not being accepted by Adi's family and being relegated to being a second class citizen in front of their golden bahu. Atleast the villagers expressed remorse and tries to make up for their mistake. Are unki chodo, even NN, who tortured Imlie all her life has been supporting her in this fight of hers and tried to redeem herself.

In comparison, despite Adi almost being killed because of her instigation, Malini has no remorse. Instead she prefered to escalate her vile deeds by drugging the family and her target (I cannot call Adi her anything) to fulfill her nefarious plan and get what she always wanted, even whether the other side had consent or not. Everyone who has done wrong on the show till date has been shown facing consequences of that action. But today if the golden bahu is being prosecuted for what she did, that is a problem because the people before her were not. Just because a crime before was not reported, does not mean we should not do it at a later time in our life. I just do not get this thinking. If anyone is able to make me understand, please help, as this just does not make any sense to me atleast.

There was a time their apparent ‘morally superior’ stances would make me feel small with their questioning of fans’ upbringing and kya kya nahi. But now I only see clownery. I don't think this has anything to do with her profession..this is just her plain ghatiya soch and the ghatiya insaan that she is..bad apples can exist in any profession

But the profession she took is a much appreciated one in the whole world, it is idolize even by religions!

Oh yes, went to PD and lied barefaced to Meethi that she was Kalpana, Imlie's teacher etc, and bullied Meethi into telling her who Imlie's dad was , purely for her own satisfaction, and when caught out for that, lied again! as to the reason for it. She is so confident in saying that I feel not because not only of societal thinking but also because till todate she has never been punished for anything. She has gotten away literally with attempted murder by her mothers deluded dhamki to others and her physchotic bechari acting.and I guess somewhere in the deepest pit of her mind she believes that it wasn’t forcing cos adi is her possession and well u don’t have to force your possession cos it’s yours .
