Adi's Reaction these days - Weekend discussion post

This post is regarding current track and most discussed Adi's reaction.

This track for me is typically boring track outcome of which will be nothing as per my guess.. As we have seen much bigger track and recently.. Best bahu and kidnapping.. But all we got from such tracks is token progress and status quo remained same.. And the way this track is full of random events I feel it is not going to give us much result.. So I am keeping my expectations really low for outcome

But here I am going to talk regarding BS reaction for Malini's stunts.. As much it frustrate me but when I compare with real life people and their reaction... I feel Adi's reaction is very much like most men have in real life.. Adi is not a typical ITV hero but his reaction is like a real person...

What we do in real life - if we come to know that our best friend has deceived us in small way.. It keeps happening... Like they will not harm us badly but may deceive us out of jealously.. We come to know but unless it really does not harm us... We convey to them politely but do not break ties. Even in relatives.. They many times do things that does not go well with us.. We talk indirectly or ignore or we give them back in our own way but smartly.. With person like Adi he will never go and blame Malini outrightly or sunnao her directly.. This clearly shows the formality in their relationship.. Agar apne hoti to sunata.. But gair ko kya sunana.. Achi friend hai ignore karo or aage bado is what he has relation with her...

Imlie ko bola.. Chod do ignore karo.. React mat karo.. Immature behave mat karo.. Aisa kise kehte hain.. It is typical husband behaving with wife.. Samjhate apno ko hain gairon ko ignore kerte hai... So all I get is it's not that he is completely ignorant of Malini's act but he doesn't want to openly call her out as relationship utna deep hai hee nahi.. He just want to keep simple ok type relationship with her. .. He have openly conveyed that Imlie is his wife and he loves and care for her only in that way.. If Malini dors not understand he does not want to bother as he knows Imlie is his wife and she knows other way..

He will have extreme reaction only when Imlie is gone far from him.. When he has fear of loosing her.. And I am waiting for that day

Men don't understand how women mind work!

They work on situation as practical as they can, not overthinking beyond token words and action!

Never thinking that what work for you could work with the women you talk too

( it is small thing, you are just oversensitive, overthinking, just let it go, and deal with it normally)

I think any typical husband of any culture would say this to his wife at least once in a lifetime 😂🤧 and they will never get it how ever hardly you try to make them understand, because their mind never work that way , as simple as that!

So Aditya in that zone now!

Put on your mind another important fact!

Aditya knows M for 7 years, he know how weakly emotional she is, how she snap in anger when confirmation and totally loose it! Who did try to suicide 2 times ( as per his knowledge )

So all of this will make him hesitate to deal with her in a direct way! ( what if I said something and she try to kill her self again?! ) it must be this idea roaming in his mind every single day!

So he will never be actively responded until he had the fear of loosing imlie, or somehow he get to know about her dirty plans with her mum and that I don't think will ever happen 🤗

I agree with this analysis to a large extent. This is something that many of us have noticed as well. But that is the point. We are aware of his tendency to ignore everything around him other than Imlie as long as status quo is maintained. I agree with you that for Adi, his relationship with Malini now has gone so token based that he does not even feel the need to correct her presumptions directly. People got mad that he did call Malini out for saying Imlie is a thief - I feel that for him that did not even register. He rather interpreted it as Imlie not having fancy jewellery to wear during functions and took it on himself to resolve that situation instead, again showing his one track mind regarding Imlie and her needs. That also is the reason why he has a blind spot about Malini - he would rather ignore her doings and focus on what good she did in the past till the divorce, rather than confront her and face her reverse accusations like the day of the party. Also somewhere Adi still has the guilt of being the reason for Malini being in this situation, so that makes his ostrich behaviour his way of letting her do what she wants. His concept is clear - as long as he and Imlie are together, he honestly is not bothered what others do or think. The guy has blinders on, and like you said, the day the things get out of hand and Imlie leaves him - that will be the day he will finally see his "gehri dost" for what she truly is.

This is how I will summarize Adi's reaction in last 50-60 episodes:

Imlie fixated on Malini Didi Jaap : BS, Malini Didi'd sacrifice... blah blah blah, Malini Didi''s happiness, blah, blah,blah, Malini Didi ka ghar basna.. blah blah blah...

BS: Imlie we should tell truth to everyone. (I don't care whats happening with Malini.)

Imlie last week: BS, Malini Didi not happy seeing us together.. blah blah blah, Malini Didi did this, did that... blah blah blah

BS: Imlie Ignore Malini (I don't care what Malini is doing.)

Malini: Aditya, .. Maa gave Imlie's haq to me.. blah blah blah... Imlie is thief... blah blah blah

BS: Imlie should get shagun. (I don't care what Malini is saying..)

So guy is only and only fixated on Imlie. He doesn't have a single thought to give to Malini.

I think you've hit all the broad notes of what's going on with this track......lol my expectations are rock bottom too for any notable result coming out of this.....it will be a pleasant surprise if any noteworthy outcome is achieved from this and even if there is one token confrontation, it will be rendered moot in the next episode or the very next scene......just like it happened with the party tamasha that Malini did.....lol

@bold: I agree that Adi is reacting with the usual formality that has always existed in his relationship with Malini.....he disregards many things she does as long as it doesn't threaten something he dearly values. He's not that oblivious that he cannot see what all she is doing because she has been acting quite brazen.....but he is letting a lot of it go simply because he feels secure in his relationship with Imlie - in the communication and understanding between them.....so he feels there is no point getting into all this with Malini since she will only create a childish and loud scene as she usually does.

People have different ways of tackling problematic people in their lives....your point is valid that many times people let the little things go if they feel the overall friendship/rishtedaari has to be maintained out of sharaafat. That is what Adi is doing here....he is showing sharaafat to Malini even when she is showing her jealousy and pettiness in pretty obvious ways....and ultimately that is the sharaafat she is taking advantage of.

It remains to be seen if things will reach any kind of flashpoint for Adi to realize that this so called sharaafat with Malini may cost him Imlie.....He may think that he is disregarding "small things", but Malini is continuing to do more extreme things with each failed plan of hers.....so what will Adi do if one of her extreme plans finally manages to impact Imlie? Will he finally acknowledge what he has been seeing since many days but disregarding? Who can say......because even as Malini really doesn't matter to him overall, she still manages to guilt trip him....again, cuz of his sharaafat. So, will this sharaafat and lihaaz finally be swept aside if Adi feels he is losing Imlie because of Malini?

The goal of this track is to make Malini give up on her delusional ego trip and agree for the divorce....but if all that happens with Adi-Imlie continuing to be in this oblivious zone about what all she has done to orchestrate her evil plans in the last many weeks, it's going to be a very blahh and predictable culmination....I would love to be proven wrong about this but so far there are no promising signs of there being any accountability despite Malini's many evil tricks.....

Showing Adi-Imlie hailing Malini's greatness after every cheap thing she does.....yeah, that's a bit much.....and it takes away the impact of whatever layering otherwise comes through in Adi's expressions. They will never show him directly acknowledging that he knows what Malini is doing but atleast let his expressions speak for themselves rather than making him contradict them for token Malini bhakti in every other scene.

He is totally single-minded when it comes to Imlie.....People can keep talking to him about a 100 other topics ki Malini yeh, Malini woh, he simply extracts the info related to Imlie that he cares about and zones out the rest😆......

That is what he did with this necklace incident too.....Malini tried to demean Imlie, twist the situation to accuse Imlie of stealing.....but all Adi heard from that convo was ki Imlie ka haq hai shagun ki jewelery pe😆.....and he made it his mission to right that wrong done to his Imlie....baaki koi kya bol raha hai, kya soch raha hai, he totally swept all that aside.

This doesn't mean he wasn't angry about what crap Malini was talking about Imlie....but he chose to focus on what he could do for Imlie instead rather than get into debating Malini ki bakwaas.....lol

Lmao yes adi go wohi samjhna hai jo usse suit kar raha hai...and I say go for it sach main hates off to him ke he can zone out the rest and focus on apne pate ki baat .. but I am with ya ke agar itna sab ke baad they don't even cut off bare minimum that is when I will have a problem abhi ke liye OK fine since he is being so obtuse in shrafat lihaaz..my only thing is there should be consequences for her..

The least of all them cutting her totally for a while for taking advantage of them .. bas itna hi dedo before the bhakti and patch up which will eventually happen..caz behan jaap

For now just end it let didi be successful in cutting the so called Bandhan.

Adi se mujhe problem hai nahi in his reactions he has been in character and still being imlie ka adi in every way ..yeah it gets frustrating when he tries to normalize things in lihaaz but i can live with that as far as he continues doing malini ka Tai tai phiss

But more tha adi ke reactions am just exhausted by the lame drag..matlab end the track man ho gaya jo karna hai karo and aage chalo is my Funda now
