Imlie’s efficient Plan

Nish is in his room Adi comes in. Brothers reminisce their childhood days . and Adi persuades him to change his mind regarding his illness and his frequent talks of his early demise , he was hurting his parents . he tries to persuade him to marry Pallavi. He will be so lost in keeping his beloved happy he will forget about his illness and he will get cured faster . Nish reveals how he had given up his laughter, his jokes, his fun , he had no strength to love Pallavi and he could. Ever keep ehr happy . He asks Adi not to reveal this to anyone .

Nish requests Adi to fulfill his last wish, to get Pallavi married off . Imli over hears everything and as Adi comes out of the room weeping .. Imli hugs n consoles n supports Adi .

Adi says he had failed with his bakaiti .

Imli consoles him n says all was fairl in love n war . He asks what did he have to do now ??

She transforms Adi into a Sardar Ji . She leads him to the mirror n shows him his picture , she introduces him to himself as Imlinder Singh from Patiala.

He had to hold Pallavi’s hand n look into her eyes . Adi vehemently refuses . Argument ensues . He dislikes his beard, his name Imlinder Singh. He would be recognised , Imli insists Nish loved Oal and he would get jealous seeing her getting married to someone else ,

She explains It was very painful to see one’s beloved with another person. Nish will never let Pal go n he will agree to marry her . Imli makes Adi rehears for some time .

He then introduces Imlinder Singh to T family . Initially they are curious to meet her new friend ..but soon they recognise who was being that beard n the turban n moustache. They break into peals of laughter

Adi gets angry that he knew he would be recognised , he refuses to go ahead with the plans .
he is ready to give up

Imli then scolds the T family to stop laughing and Adi to stop complaining.

All suggest how to make him look more convincing

Pankaj says he was a star maker n he knew how to create a character . He offers to help out . He boasts of his acting career since childhood . Tau ji reveals how in childhood he once did the role of a tree in Ramleela and Hanumaan I climbed on him and ate bananas . How Pankaj slipped on that laal n fell down the family again breaks into peals of laughter

pankaj teaches him how to walk, how to maintain posture . How to speak, how to modulate his voice , change his diction .
he is taught to have a spl,gait .. Sardar waala Tashan with swag . Makkhan waala. Sunder gives him some fake necklaces, Aparna gives him clothes . Adi is reluctant for all this .
soon they hear Nish coming .

Imlinder, Imli, pal and Nish are at a cafetaria and Nish is watching Imlinder with critical eyes as he confesses his liking for Pallavi and is ready to marry her he speaks n looks like sardarji .

Suddenly he blurts out something in Hindi and Nish gets suspicious .
