sorry to say but him being cordial to her here doesn’t mean that he has forgotten about imlie and his resolve on there relationship. His whole journey in pd to the near death experience is a proof of how is had traveled this journey to be the man he is. The proof of it all when he lay his emotions on the table for imlie family to hear and pass judgement. That was never easy and something Maline has avoid so why make it seem anything else.

He is allowed to show concern but we have all seen when of comes to imlie he won’t be able to holdback for long. Imlie has never giving him that anchor or support as he has always seen her place Maline and his family above him. So why we all of a sudden changing our view on a couple whom are yet to deal with so much more.

this lame attempt has been done to allow Maline to become something more which the we all know won’t last long.

I felt they would have traveled this path in detail but since the trp fell I feel they have changed there path in another direction. Let’s see how they deal with imlie own family truth of dev being her father and so forth.

Then lay the issue of the tripati famliy just because they love her wont mean they will expect this change and that’s were the challenges lie. That’s why I was always hoped she could go back to satyakaam and ask him how he dealt with these issues for she knows he has loved her mother and yearned for her. He is the father and guide she needs to get her on to the path that leads her to Aditya and ultimately the truth of her heart.

Thank you. This was exactly what I was thinking as well. I feel that Imlie right now has not reached the point in the relationship that Adi has already been occupying for some time. He is very secure in his feelings for Imlie, which is why the entire truth Alaap and being ready to face the consequences if his family does not accept her. As for his concern for Malini, can we forget that this guy had been in a relationship with her for 7 plus years, and as a friend he is going to be worried and feel guilt over her name being tarnished over something that he feels was not her fault. He wants to start his relationship with Imlie on a clean slate and throw the earlier baggage, which is why this lie has put him in a place which makes him uneasy. The episode was not as bad for me, as I expected that this would happen, Imlie was not going to accept this explanation until she was sure that Malini was truly happy with KC, so her being so vehement about this kind of was good as it made Adi think as well. It was concerning to see that Adi willingly accepted the truth without verifying it first, he is a reporter for god's sake. But today he supported Imlie and wanted to know the truth from Malini, which shows that he is not that shallow to just for Malini in the process for getting together with Imlie.

Convenience ke hisaab se they've brought back the Malini who supposedly "knows" Adi and his "impulsive gussa" so well😆.....

Imagine - Didi the queen of impulsive tamashas is giving gyaan to Adi about how he is too impulsive in anger😆.

Very deliberate attempt today to show AM "bonding" over their divorce 😆....all the recent awkwardness seems to be gone again since Adi is back to feeling guilt-tripped over her taking on the blame for the breakup.....lol yeh toh hawaa mein teer lag gaya for Didi....she wanted him to feel this beholden to her when she first told him about KC but he hardly did.....not even her suicide or any of her other stunts could make him feel beholden like this.....all she had to do was malign her character to his family and he came to heel😆. All of a sudden he is feeling bad that Malini being in love with someone outside of her marriage is not being viewed well by people? 😆 Is he equating his relationship with Imlie in the same zone? Khud hi bhool gaya that he's MARRIED to Imlie, and woh bhi PEHLE? 😆 He was all fine when Malini first told him she's having an EMA....tab it was all about your love, your choice....now suddenly Adi alone needs to defend her choice to the world 😆

And dusri taraf Imlie Maata.....lol I will not believe any of her grand claims about being unaffected by AM ka past anymore until the writers bother clarifying her grand dhokebaaz sidetrack😆.....she is coming across as a hypocrite who isn't really comfortable with AM ka past and still doesn't fully trust Adi but otherwise wants to show like she's all ok with everything.....and if Adi is dumb enough to buy it again....what to say😆.....seems like they want to leave it open ended to keep showing contrived MUs between Adi-Imlie since trust never really gets established in their relationship😆

Rewatched and hated the first half. Do not care too much about the second half. KC is bad. Maybe a tad bit better than Nishant but bad overall. The comedy was good but that is ST at work.

So please tell me I’m not the only one repulsed by this bizarre memento keeping of the ring. That ring needs to be dissolved for all it’s worth or given away. What is with this I will never forget the importance of the rishta or I will not take Malini’s place. Bhool gayi hai kya Imlie ki she was the one who Aditya married first? Malini never had any place to begin with for Imlie to even consider that she might end up replacing her. Her age or her insecurity is no longer a shield that can be used in place of her obtuseness. She does not want to live in reality.

And what is with Aditya bringing Imlie between his and Malini’s relationship all of a sudden? Kuch episode pehle toh bol raha tha ki Imlie has nothing to do with the breakdown of his relationship with Malini? Are the makers so short of ideas that they need to drag down even the last bit of respite we had down the drain?

Aparna behaved how AY thought she would. Nishant behaved how I thought he would. All in all, no one is going to believe Malini and she will suck up every bit of footage there is in the coming weeks.

As far as Imlie’s realization is concerned, I do not even know if I would want to see it or not. Things are just too weird on the show right now 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just saw the episode. Sharing my POV

I didnt find that Adilie's ring convo at all weird..

Adi saw Imlie looking at that ring. When he asked her whether you would llike to wear a ring, I am damn sure he was asking about new ring. He already feel bad that Imlie cant openly wear her mangalsutra n sindoor n how much it means to her so I think he felt when he saw her looking at that ring that she might one for herself. . But Imlie misunderstood it thought that he asking about Malu's ring. I wont be surprised that he get a new ring for her. N when Imlie asked him to keep the ring safe.. he asked her to know how she feels about him keeping that ring. I felt he was impressed with her answers... Imlie just answered the way she is.. selfless n at the same time self confident too. That she has made her place n dont want Malu's place.

Regarding Adi-Malini conv about their taking divorce bcoz of his relationship with imlie. That too I didnt find wrong. That's his truth. Surely, Adi n Malini had their differences but their differences had not reached to the point that they would take divorce so for him he wants divorce becoz he want to openly accept his relationship with Imlie.

I think Cvs will try to play with Adi's character .. n keep it vague to confuse audience.. Bichara Bali ka Bakra bane wala hai.🤣

It's just hilariously contrived how suddenly this ring has been brought back for token mahaanta displays from everyone.....Malini ring return karke mahaan ban gayi, Imlie ring Adi ko dekar mahaan ban gayi, Adi ring rakh ke mahaan ban gaya that he will respect the 7 saal ka rishta even if it's over😆

I guess the ring chapter is done for now.....maybe they will bring it back sometime in the future if they ever want to show insecure Imlie again....you know, to justify her "dhokebaaz" rants again😆

Otherwise why would we be shown Imlie ki insecurities randomly but never be shown anyone addressing them dhang se? Not even Adi? I know everyone here is like Adi got more impressed by Imlie ke mahaan vichaar on wanting him to keep gehre rishte with Malini ki nishaani, but I would say both Adi and the audience are deluding themselves if they take what Imlie is saying at face value😆.

Since they never bothered addressing Imlie's insecurities in real time, she now sounds quite hollow when she gives gyaan on how she has no issues with AM ka rishta, she has her own space etc. etc.....cuz it's just very hard to buy her stances given that we've seen she doesn't really understand either her own relationship with Adi or AM ka rishta with each other.....otherwise she wouldn't keep jumping to feeling betrayed so easily. She does operate under the default assumption that Malini was Adi's choice so deep down it must have been made soch samajh ke and Imlie is the "forced" element in his life......whatever Adi says to clarify is not enough for Imlie but she never admits that....instead they go on these side tangents of being impressed by ring related mahaanta😕😆

I'm feeling disillusioned cuz I felt the connect with Adi-Imlie over the fact that they communicated, talked through everything.....that is what I thought set them apart from the failures of the AM relationship which lacked communication ability......sadly now, the writers seem determined to show an Imlie who doesn't want to communicate honestly with Adi, feed him the impression that she is fine with his past but later on he will likely feel hurt when he realizes again that Imlie has never really trusted him but goes along with saying it in the moment.

In the need to "respect" his past with Malini which supposedly was all about same soch, same habits....they've reduced Adi-Imlie to just a twist of fate😆.....Adi made a few mentions recently of how Imlie had changed him and brought about a happier Adi....but it will never fully register on Imlie I guess cuz Adi does still maintain he was happy with Malini for 7 years😆.....so they will keep looping back to that point ki Imlie is justified in thinking he does really love Malini only whenever he shows concern for her aage as a friend also😆.

This is why they don't really show Adi-Imlie ever talking about trust or Imlie ever clearly saying she trusts him.....cuz she doesn't. And I'm not sure she ever will. So dunno how they intend to build this relationship😆.....I guess pura time Didi se gehra rishta nibhaane mein chala jaayega toh yeh khud ke aapsi trust ke baare mein sochne ka waise bhi kaise time milega.....lol and worst case scenario bhi hai.....Didi the great will teach Imlie about "trust"😕🤣

Their relationship is not only built on high-voltage life and death situations....they've had many convos about mundane, simple things....they've lived in the same house for a while now even if not as husband-wife....so it's hardly like they haven't shared small/everyday things with each other in that time. They've talked about all manner of random things, she's shared her random songs and life theories with him too.....

The real test of a relationship is being able to show your unvarnished side to each other daily and still being able to keep the bond going.....these two have already had that for a while.

Sadly though the writers seem determined to dilute them long term to prop up Malini. My sense now more and more is that Imlie being kept in this vague zone is also a deliberate choice from the writers.....they will never show her truly trusting/believing in Adi....she may say it on the surface but never really believe it with conviction inside....it's a flimsy trust that will ultimately be insecure about the very Didi she claims to be acting mahaan for😆.......what a sad waste that's going to end up being if all Imlie ends up being is another insecure wife who will doubt her husband's love for her.....lol so both wives will keep doubting the validity of his love for them for different reasons.....lol Malini is like he never showed this much concern for her in 7 years.....meanwhile Imlie is like he could never really love her cuz she isn't polished and beautiful like Malini....waah kya story hai. 🤔

AY ji aap toh give up kar gaye. Somehow I don't think Imlie is going to doubt the validity of her love going forward, as she can see what he is doing for her on all fronts. She is going to have issues later in accepting the level of interference from Malini as her sister and Adi's "friend". I am hoping that they show her finally accepting that she deserves Adi's love, as that is where the problem currently lies. But the way things have been going, your prediction may very well come true and I will be sorely disappointed at the wasted opportunity to show something genuinely progressive and realistic in ITV apart from the miyan biwi sauten relationships that have been shown countless times before.
