Sumbul was PHENOMENAL in the bit when she was showing Imlie's trauma over watching them fighting.....you could literally see how their fights were feeling like a physical wound to her.....imagine, the girl who's grown up around crazy fighting - seen her NN constantly fighting with her and her mom....that girl isn't being able to see fights now cuz for the first time she feels that pain on a visceral level in her guilt. Sumbul conveyed all of this SO well👏

Also ofcourse goes without saying that GM was fantastic in showing all the shades to Adi in the epi. For Mayuri, all I can say is that I don't see much variation in voice modulation in her shouting scenes with Adi....that is part of why these daily fight scenes feel very heavy and exhausting to watch. You don't get a sense of two people who are hurting (that is what would make the fights more layered and interesting to watch)....I can see Adi's hurt and pain....but in Malini, I just see one-note arrogance and entitlement....doesn't seem like Mayuri is able to convey anything beyond that or maybe Malini is just written that way *shrugs*

If Malini Didi leaves then she is leaving for good. Adi toh definitely is not going to bring her back. Either she will come back on her own or family will try & bring her back. Or else she will take an even more extreme step of self harming herself. Anything is possible with Didi.

Malini is all over the place in her strategy of making Adi come to heel....so yeah, after this walkout attempt likely won't yield any results (Adi will be least interested in bringing her back), she may resort to some extreme step to land herself in the hospital for sympathy.....that is how she can get re-entry back into T-house....in pity and guilt. Last time khud aa gayi thi palti maar ke.....lol let's see is time kya karti hai.

If this was supposed to be a BIG moment that Malini felt HURT that Adi compared her to her mom, aisa kuch convey nahin hua.....Malini's expression only conveyed pure anger and a sense of entitlement ki how DARE Adi question her behavior. She is incapable of accepting that her behavior was wrong regardless of whatever she thinks Imlie did.....that is why she was again and again refusing to let Adi finish his sentence and cutting him off to keep dragging Imlie into the argument rather than accept that she has no right to talk like that to anyone.

You know what Malini Didi in her over smartness was really using her mom ke tactics on Adi for real. AC usually does the same. She provokes DC about his supposed cheating by alluding to PD always & DC like the loser that he is backs off in the argument because he doesn't want the truth of him being a cheater come out. ACs tactic works like a threat & she always walks away as a winner in their arguments.

Today similarly Malini Didi was again & again provoking Adi by calling Imlie a random girl, baharwali & naukrani. It was literally like she was threatening him about his so called secret, like she knows he is having some kind of affair going on with Imlie & he should back off & bow down before her if he wants to keep the secret intact. But she forgot that Adi is not a loser like DC. He cared ghanta about the truth coming out & didn't back off in the argument. He was ready to end their relationship right there. It was a lucky break for Didi that Imlie's distressed scream caught everyone's attention & she was able to walk off from the argument.

So next morning after reflection she realised that she went overboard with AC ka tactic & now she is trying new tactic of leaving home to bring Adi to heel. But as we have discussed Adi is not going to bring her back now.

The khaddus, Gabbar, gussewala serious patrakar. It has been so so difficult to live upto these names na....he might have seemed to be the loner and independent self sufficient person, but he had needed support. And inspite of having such big, loving family, he was left to fend for himself. Imlie might have just set the Bar up for his expectations. He probably, now in hindsight, thinks that his family, especially his own mother SHOULD have felt his dilemma, seen his sadness. Seen that Malini was NOT right for him even under the garb that she was TOO good for him. If she knew that she was tooooo good for him, means that she knew that they were not right for each other....she should have asked him....

Poor poor BS...and equally poor Imlie.

@blue: Exactly. How brilliantly was that bit written though, right? He didn't say it directly but woh baat humein convey ho gayi ki in WHAT sense he meant he's also talking about Malini only. I doubt Imlie fully got it in her Didi jaap😆....but that is exactly what he meant when he responded with "Humein tumhein aise nahin laana chahiye tha hostel se".....he was conveying that his mistake was in not accounting for Malini's behavior and the levels to which she can go. It was ofcourse idiotic on Adi's part to ever think he could house both wives under the same roof and koi issues nahin honge😆....but yeah he's gotten the harsh reality check in this way now that this one impulsive action of his again led to so much pain and humiliation for Imlie....this time from a source he hadn't accounted for - his so called sweet/samajhdaar Malini.

Adi is now being fully hit by the weight of the fact that he can't bring Imlie into his life without sorting out the Malini chapter....his bringing Imlie back just like that left her open to questions that neither of them are able to openly answer yet. Jab baat HAQ ki aayi toh koi bhi Imlie ke haq ka sach nahin bol paaya and aur Malini apne so called haq ke tamasha karke nikal li.

As for him asking Imlie to accompany him.....lol I didn't look at it like that, man....how was that selfish?😕....it just went back to the same point that the truth involves them both....he wants to tell the truth of the forced marriage obviously toh he wants to keep Imlie in the loop regarding that...he considers them partners in this. Yes Didi it seems will land up in hospital. But I don't know if its her for sure. I mean the Ts are there but I couldn't see any of the Cs or Adi over there. Maybe we will be lucky & Adi ends up in hospital😆. But chances are high that it is Didi only.

If any of Malini Didi's strategies doesn't work, then she is going to use her ill health as a ruse to come back to T house. Saath main sympathy points bhi toh collect karne main bhi it will help her. Adi has already told her that he is afraid of her falling ill because of the truth. So she will try to use this card when all else fails.

For now she has left the house in ego but we all saw how psychotic she acted during the photo burning incident. She is damn afraid of her marriage failing so she will definitely try to return.
