Please don’t watch it. If it’s puke worthy then please fast forward the scenes. No one is forcing you to watch it.

I still don’t understand why Aditya was repeatedly ordering Malini to fill the college form.. he’s romancing Imlie right under her nose and for admission form he wants Malini though! Why ? is filling an admission form that difficult that everyone needs to have some relative or acquaintances in the college we wish to apply 😂 I come from the top 5 colleges of the country and filled the form by myself .. why didn’t Imlie air back then I m angry now 😡 waise which college Imlie goes at age 20 running (19 completed na during bday?) Students graduate by then .. there is no mention of any gap year as well whatsoever🤪 also didn’t the certificates have Adityas name but still the form went through🤔and Malini is behaving the way she should.. seeing Anu ruin her life by anger and suspicion over Dev she never wanted to bring the same bitterness in her life.. but not any longer! Her asking Imlie to remove Sindoor was also a very normal reaction.. Imlie is married only before pagdandiya crowd and Malini too doesn’t know the truth so what is she supposed to do then ?? And yes Imlie is more like an house help with Sundar so no one ideally loiters along a couples bedroom.. Malini telling Imlie off was also a natural reaction.. what’s Malini’s fault in all this?? She’s not the one who married Aditya by holding a gun to his head.. Adi willingly married her without annulling the first wedding which is criminal! Which is why star plus had put a disclaimer during Adityas second wedding that the channel doesn’t encourage Polygamy.. but innocent minds may get influenced and even one negative seed sown becomes a plant and grows into a tree!

She has no idea who Imlie really is, (she is not the audience). What she sees is Imlie hanging around Aditiya too much lately, while at the same time, Aditiya is pulling away from Malini.

Deep inside, Malini knows this marriage over! So she lashes out at the person who she thinks is responsible for coming between her and her husband. A very normal reaction. In fact, this is what happens in real life! She is not going to attack her husband, she will lash out at the weaker person. Malini is very normal and real and she is behaving like most people in this situation.

I like this new version of Malini. She appeared a little fake when was too sugary sweet. Let's see the real Malini come out and fight for her marriage.

Now we can debate whether Imlie deserves her anger and lashing out. I firmly believe Imlie does! This was going to happen when she decided to come back to Malini's house. But Imilie is a teenager. She is not mature enough to make big decisions. And teenagers are very hormonal and emotional.

Aditiya deserves all the scorn in the world for bringing Imlie back into his home that he shares with his current (second, legal?) wife.

Let's not get personal about who knows how to flirt and who doesn't.

Aditiya and Imlie are definitely flirting and romancing. Right there in the T house.

It is the optics of this 35-year old man and this 19-year old girl that I find ewwwww. 🤣 It is like he going through his mid-life crisis already! 🤣 It is really funny to watch.

And as far what I am saying, relationship gaps existed between Aditya and Malini since beginning. If you remember Malini was insecure from the very first episode, ideally that should be the first sign.

But not when the woman deliberately become blind, Not trying to underplay Aditya's follies. His did some big blunders.

May be you like this version, I would have preferred, if she had displayed these traits since beginning, because its coming across like earlier she was deliberately being fake and sweet. `

On the nuptial night, I remember Malini, herself brought Imlie inside her room, gave Aditya's gift to her, then where was fear? Was she that sweet because she knew Aditya doesn't like Imlie? So she is fine with Imlie as long as entire attention is on her.

And No, lashing out at Imlie is just NOT okay. If you really like or love a person, you would think twice before humiliating them, and you yourself said very loud and clear how Malini is bewildered with audacity of 'a maid' stealing her husband. So i don't think so there is nothing to say more..

There is a difference between calling a person out because of hurt and ego. Her rebuking Imlie was solely because of ego, not hurt, and no not all real people are like that, only people like her mother are that.

She would have bashed Aditya and corner him for answers, then i would have praised her realism and strength.

And finally about Imlie deserve this or not? Well I firmly believe she doesn't. She isn't back to Malini's house but Tripathi's house after repeated invitation. I would have preferred Imlie living in hostel rather than near that toxic couple.

Even if she came back at T house, I don't see that she has committed any sin or harmed Malini. If you don't want Malini to be all sacrificial then better not have such expectations from Imlie as well.I repeat Imlie doesn't owe Malini a thing. By this decision, Imlie has subjected only herself to emotional manipulation.. She is gonna be hurt the most in this scenario.

FYI, Aditya and Imlie are way too engrossed with situation to romance or flirt.. Emotionally yes, they are close but not in any other way as of now... Thankfully!

@bold Are you sure you are talking about characters or line has blurred now? Characters have 8-10 years of age gap, which i pretty normal. Look around the world, Infact 15 year age gap is very common too. If you are uncomfortable with age gaps, please say it for yourself only... don't try justify your personal perception by making it sound like general opinion

I would just say understand context of the show. If you are seeing, show isn't encouraging polygamy but story of 3 people stuck due to terrible circumstances.

Fisrtly, Aditya asked Malini about the form, because she took the damn responsibility of filling up the form and emotionally coaxing Imlie to take admission in her college.

The form was online with lots technicalities and Imlie is shown to be from a backward village with no access to computer/laptop, seeing how they reply on Post office landline for communication.

One thing about ITV, they will delve in details only if they want to show a track related to it.

If Malini's reaction and insecurity was natural to see Imlie in sindur, which apparently is just Imlie's business, then Imlie's reaction should be normal too, considering she grew up in very backward atmosphere, where married woman are required to keep Sindur on and follow such rituals. I never saw Imlie loitering around there bedroom, after Malini told her off first time, since she decided to flip one day, after showing no issues for months before.

Ideally, Aditya marrying Malini isn't criminal offence, since his marriage to Imlie was invalid. But Imlie's upbringing and circumstances won't let her move on from this belief unfortunately, as her family and her people believes in that marriage and consider it real.

If you actually want to traverse and correlate Malini's reactions to her toxic parents, then mind you, Imlie has way harder childhood then her.

A drunk Prakash was hilarious, 🤣 but he did the absolute right thing; he told that delusional Meethi the truth. I re-watched that scene a few times.

And I am absolutely loving this new Malini - you go, girl! I can't wait to see you kick that two-timing fake husband of yours to the curb. (the actress playing Malini is excelling lately).

I can totally relate to Malini. her character is etched with so much realism and normalcy. She is like a normal person, not some over-the top character like Imlie. Malini is behaving like a wife would when faced with the complete stunning prospect that, this slip of a girl, a servant at that, is somehow responsible for her failing marriage, but she is not ready to admit to it totally, yet. Like really? Imlie replacing her? Yet, it is happening.

Hallelujiah! We were spared any more scenes of flirtation between that grown-up man and that teenager! I could keep my food down and not throw up! 🤣 This is the only Indian TV show where I am not rooting for the leads. A nice break from the other serials!

And Imilie has to stop with her regressive sindoor shit. Aditiya, being an "executive reporter" 🤣 should know better than to encourage it. He knows what college and society are like in the city - Imilie does not. Didn't he repeat constantly the Imilie was his responsibility??? Now show some responsibility and tell Imlie what behavior is appropriate in public and what is not.

Note: I only watch for the storyline. I am too cynical to be interested in the deep analysis of how two disparate people, from completely different worlds, ultimately find love with each other and their journey of discovering what true love is and how it transcends language, age, and social status. YAWN.

Sindoor regressive! kabse? and appropriate behaviour in public? is this too regarding sindoor?..i applied kumkum bindi living in delhi (college), and now too apply kumkum bindi and sindoor (to work) living in foriegn land and not once it represented anything regressive.

regressive is the thought of considering it regressive, rather than understanding the importance of it to the person concerned. especially in this day and age when we are being encouraged to be inclusive to call it "regressive shit" is unfair.

rest all i agree with.

Yes, it was unfair. I apologize to you.

I of course come from a very different background. These traditions were commonplace a few generations ago - not now. So to me, it represents the past.
