It was so nice to see a little reboot of their argument from their first meet....haha bade dino baad yeh wala banter kiya....woh bhi puri family ke saamne 😆.....and they are all dumb enough to not even notice that Imlie has never been this casual with him in front of them before.

To me her tone made it look more like she felt like unke level.ke neeche gir gaya hai sindoor she wasn't exactly happy giving it to imlie but jaise imlie ne jhoota kar dia ho and ab tum hi rakho wala tone tha.. maybe am overthinking but I can't make it out what she wanted except these things only and her acting and voice wasn't helping in any of these.. and as if she is certainly feeling ke unki importance kam ho gayi hai so she is doing it all the more so log isse Manayein . ..

Aparana was so hesitant and i felt bad for her ke bahu ki request karni padti hai for bare minimum help bhi...it should come to her naturally no. .. but she still thinks she can invite over her khandaan and sab naukron ki taraH serve karein haath pair na hilana padein

Also her xray nazar ki daad deni padegi matlaB QM pe hi jaddi rehti hain and peeche ki side bhi hai ke she immediately went where is My QM from 5 km away ke sindoor is on table meh

Goes to show how zoned out they all are😆.....do they not wonder ki aise kab mila Adi Imlie se? Cuz he always made it sound like bas gaaonwaalon ne use iske peechhe bhej diya😆....but these are Tripathis and Malini....itna dimaag lagaana not allowed😆

But honestly gotta love ki itne intense/senti conversations about haq/pyar ke baad bhi yeh dono aise bicker kar sakte hain that too on such a puraani baat😆

Waise contrast worth noting ki argument toh Adi-Malini ki bhi hui phir se table pe but that was all passive aggressive.....while Adi-Imlie ne saamne se ek dusre ko sab bol liya like equals....heck, Imlie ne toh isko biwi jaisa dabkaa bhi maar diya thoda😆

And I missed it I my original post but it was good to see the deserving candidates getting the credit for her success right from her dadda to her Amma to BK beshak unho ne khud hi maanga credit but thida sa jata toh dia hi ke I did all the work thank you BK.. I was like chalo twisted hi sahi mila toh sahi.. though it still hurts ke private main bhi adi ko credit na dia imlie ne woh dukha mujhe .. but I guess they have the understanding so she didn't feel like doing the formality.

Also am pretty sure adi ka jo bhi imagination hai isme yeh malini ko imlie bol dega resulting in her meltdown and 2nd Mrs C wahin se nikle shayad

I am really liking that though Aditya personality and his whole being wants to just say that “ tum humari baat maan rahi ho kya nahi”... he is still restraining himself and giving her that right to decide for herself. It really shows how much he loves her and how much he knows her... he knows that she is a flower that needs careful handling.... I think Imlie does have abandonment issues because of her father and Aditya himself. So it’s will take a long time for her to fully rely on him and give him that haq on herself because that would be opening herself totally to him and the hurt that might follow. Plus there is Malani ... Aditya realizes he cannot do this by force, because due to their relationship, she might agree but he wants it to come from her heart with full acceptance as it’s has come from his.

come to think of it, I think Aparna is wary of didi's mood swings and diverted the topic, took her away from there or else she will create another tamasha. Didi was happy and did not notice/care that Adi was not seated with her at the table.. such wild mood swings or plots that are inconsistent. She was happy to get praised for her contribution, her pound of flesh for Imlie's success.. and preened. Adi was looking so sadu..at the end when Imlie chose her college.. I mean all the elders but for Adi were all rooting for that silly city college.. ab Imlie kyakaregi.. push Adi towards didi more n more that is going to push Adi off the edge..

I think in #35 or so, didi tells adi that she will leave the house if he falls in love with someone else..

I saw your point about Adi realizing that he cannot be with Malini as he does not love her, it would be kinder to break up than live in a marriage where both are unhappy. Just as Imlie knows there can be no one else for her, same for Adi too, he has to lead a life with or without her presence in his life as he loves only her. No room for anyone else in their lives.

Main bhi wohi soch rahi hoon based on how he expressed it today.....strangely, Imlie can still feel a little free in the contentment of her love for him, but he is now feeling more suffocated directly cuz he still has to live with someone and can't savor his love for Imlie by himself like she can for him. I guess this is Karma coming for him since he committed bigamy....lol....

See, Imlie ko bhi yeh bolta reh gaya ki kisi aur se shaadi kar lo😆....but Imlie ne nahin ki na....kabhi nahin maani to give anyone else that status, that place in her life but him....so she's had a long time to savor that "contentment" as he's calling it😆....cuz her beliefs haven't changed....lol. I was wondering if they will show him realizing on his own that he needs to end things with Malini cuz it will get too suffocating for him....but then I remembered ki writers likely won't give him or Imlie that choice....lol sab kuch Didi ki meherbaani pe tikaayenge ki wohi let go karegi tabhi yeh koi decision lenge.....so tab take hote rahenge suffocate and torture.😆

Haan wohi toh they never went into basics before ke par mili kaise why and all but I thought oknfine he gave them a general breakdown ke iske gaaonwale sent her to work with him and they accepted it caz aisa common hai ke shehar bhej do with someone they trusted enough. Though again logistics toh yahan bhi aate hai ke kaun thay woh jo itni aarams se bharosa kar liye and ainvayein beti bhej diye but khair leave it as creative freedom lol 🤣

Behan yehi Hoya hai jab aapka soul focus is always ke main hi main hoon bas..I do feel her sudden adi said this was so he can go on praising how great she is as prof too but he was too done and was like whatever main kya karoon meri imlie deserves best and she should get it

Lovely analysis everyone. For me this episode marked key turning points. Adi's full commitment to Imli - he said he loved her and she had his saath and haq on him. It also marked Imlie's next phase in life - she has made her mind that Adi belongs to Malini and is focussed more on her future and next steps, While his gesture gave her maan - she dd not want it....called it bemani. The not so subtle changes in her - fely like a long awaited return of the original PG Imli to me...not the shell of the person she has been thus far at the T's. From engaging with Adi in the light hearted discussion about how they first met - to completely ruling over his pref for her to select the best college - she was in full form today - signalling the shift in their relationship. Even though she knew Adi did not like it - she did not waver...more so - when done - she said she had to call her mom and exited the scene first - with full on confidence. She is moving forward with her life - sans Adi and while its not ideal - she is not putting her whole life on Adi lile Malini is doing. I am so happy to see original Imlie back and I hope makers keep giving us more of these empowered Imlie's scenes and increase Adi's angst:)
