Intentional Two Camps

CVS are trying to INTENTIONALLY create 2 camps. They are trying to create both emotions. Love at the same time hate. I think this is intentional. They want to show that Adhili is pure love but could also be naja-ish. They want to create buzz with the show. They want to show a storyline that is not straight line. It will be complex and filled with conflicting views.

If you notice every Adili happy scene is mixed with Malini sad scene. This is intentional. They want to create controversy. This story and show will not be ur average happy couple with villain/vamp story. The three characters will themself create trouble with one another with the choices they make. There will be lot of angst ahead.

There is a lot of negative comments on Adhi's character recently. The dude tried everything to get rid of Imlie and trust me if he could he would not have fallen in love with Imlie. But the makers want to create a complex story. If this happens how will these characters react. If he did fall in love after his 2nd marriage how will he react and how will he deal. I don't think Adili happy ending is any where near. This is going to be a year old journey or more. I for one appreciate Adhi because he fell for Imlie breaking all social structures, age and physical attraction. The emotional attraction came first.

I for one do not want to see these characters as mahan. I accept Adhi as a selfish, non apologetic hero who is conflicted with the next step otherwise he could have just left Malini and taken Imlie to live somewhere else. I accept Malini as a needy emotional person who is blinded by her emotions that she misses all the signs from day 1 that this is not a good relationship for her. I accept Imlie for her mananness/innocence, she should have fought for her rights from day 1 and even now i don't think she would. Imlie is honestly the best heroin i have seem lately in ITV. Her outlook on life is refreshing to me as a viewer.

I am really enjoying the story guys. The cast and crew are working really hard to give us good dialogues and content. During the pandemic especially now with covid cases in India, there isn't any other show out there that is this entertaining. Whether you are Adili camp or Moon camp it doesn't matter. Enjoy the show. Enjoy the actors who are bringing there A game to the show. Leave the moral gyan out of the discussions even you choose a camp we can be respectful and enjoy the show together. For me I feel this is the best show in ITV right now in terms of content. I just look forward for every episode daily in the craziness of life lately.

I posted this earlier also , that Iam ok with adi not being the perfect male lead .. adi is just a human in a complicated situation . He is shown with lots of flaws and neither are they glorifying his flaws. He did a mistake by not acting the way he should after the forced marriage , but again he is doing the same mistake by not coming clean in front of Malini and let her know that he fell out of love with Malini , coz it does happen in real life , people fall in love , fall out of love ... relationships end . People change over time . People are not just black and white , people are actually all grey . The cracks in their relation was shown where imli had nothing to do with it.

It’s just that adi being a man, didn’t take much time to get over it and while Malini being a woman still wants to cling to it and give it a try . Imli or no imli , the relation would have failed anyway , but imli being present in his life with open arms ( by which I dont mean that she lured him , I mean that there was already a half baked relation ) made things complicated for the three of them .

.

there are marriage counselors for this very reason. But this is Indian TV , so they will show drama , and will expect couples to solve everything by themselves by holding them against Moral high ground.

This is a story of three people , how their lives changed due to one incident , how a third person enters in a relation and how the three people handle it.. things will be shown .. good , bad and ugly ... just sit back and enjoy the ride with them .. understand the back story rather than playing blame games ..and understand the bigger things like nothing is for ever in life .

I 100% agree with you that this is a high quality show with absolutely stunning performances . I enjoy gashmeers acting .. he’s a treat to watch ! I am always amazed at sumbul how she can play this mature woman in one scene and this bubbly kid in another .. I love mayuri on how she’s focused on moving ahead despite personal tragedies

Coming to the characters they pay , Every character is at fault :

Aditya shouldn’t have done what he did - re married without putting proper end to the mess he was already in , not coming clean before Malini / his family taking Malini for granted. Not fighting for his marriage which in which he got involved whole heartedly. Untill he zapped all of a sudden.

Malini - making Aditya the center of her world for the past 7 years ... she must have ignored the signs that she’s bending too much for him and she doesn’t mean as much to him as he means to her , worse of all , she even judged her mom without knowing her mother’s pain and completely ignored her advice . Her mom with her experience was wise enough to understand that Aditya was not the right guy for her . Anus ways are wrong , but what she says is right.

Imlie - by holding on to her mangalsutra and forced marriage even after knowing that the other party in this marriage was not interested in doing so and already has someone in his life . What was all that drama of vrat and all.. the guys not interest for gods sake ! But then she has an advantage of being a villager , being raised by an uneducated mother who never had the privilege of getting a sindoor,

for Aditya and imli - This is the love story of Aditya and imli ... unfortunately, the roles shift here and Malini become the third person . The kind of love and bonding Aditya and imli have for each other is rare to find in everyone’s life time and it’s worth fighting for . This is the process of their fight for their love , soon Malini will also understand it , if she wishes for happiness in their lives.

For Malini - should understand that marriage or being married is not the need of life, times have changed. Women are independent, they don’t need a man to survive , they deserve to be happy with the person who values them , not just because he is your husband , you should bend so much that you convince yourself that your happiness is only with him.

At the same time I appreciate her fighting for her marriage even if she turns negative , I will say , she did the right thing

Spending your life time with the right person (for Malini ) and fighting for the honor of that relation is what is needed.( for Aditya and imli) is what I see it as.

Really good analysis your self. I absolutely agree with each character flaws you have written about. None of them are perfect. We should not look for perfection at all.

My fav character is Imlie for her bubbly personality and outlook in life but the 2nd is Adhi. I just love his journey so far. He fell in love and that was shown so beautifully. He is not a perfect hero and i wouldn't want one that is textbook hero. He has this journey of self discovery from day 1 and Imlie helps him achieve it.

I do admit that I do tend to support Adili and their journey and the love story so far. It is just well executed. Gashmeer and Sumbul's chemistry is just off the charts. I am looking forward for Malini's character journey once she is out of Adhi's umbrella. I do agree with you about the actress that plays Malini (Mayuri) she had such a personal loss last year and she has chosen to stay strong and keep moving forward. We are lucky to have this cast.

Mayuri in an interview mentioned that she had many lead roles offered but she choose Malini because it gave her a lot of scope to display her talent despite not being the main lead. This means there is a lot more Malini journey we are going to see and it will be positive. I look forward to it.

I agree with you that Malini will understand Adhi and Imlie. I think Imlie will be able to fully accept Adhi only when Malini consents. This is also my feeling. I think Malini will unite them in the end.
