Respected Mods,
It is stated that kindly take out a couple of minutes from your precious time to read the whole post and do not ignore it please.
We all are well aware of the fact that once a show goes off air, its forum is set to close and locked forever. It may be done because members stop visiting that place. It gets inactive resulting in a locked forum which does not allow anyone to post there any more.
But dear Mods, its a very sincere request, with mutual agreement of all members, that kindly do not close this forum. We have a reason for it that many of us only come to IF to visit this very place. If it gets locked we won't be coming to IF as we will be homeless. It is seen clearly that forum stays inactive some times but it really does not mean that no one visits here and is not due to less interest of members but just because of story line issues fans are having with creatives. We are highly attached to this place and devote our time here. We won't actually be able to get over the fact that this forum gets locked and no one stays able to share any kind of stuff here ever again.
Another reason for requesting it to be left open is that some actors in this show are not a part of any other show right now. This means we will not be able to share their related stuff anywhere else where everyone of us can see it too. But only this is the forum where it can be done. For example, if we have to share pictures or information or any such stuff with our fellow friends here, we will not be able to do it unless the forum stays open.
Besides this, i have seen many forums which are still open (though less active) even after 4-5 years of the show going off air. So if they can have the allowance for an open forum, why cannot we? Everyone on India Forums is always judged equally, thanks to Mods, and is given equal rights. So this time it is again expected from the Mods that they respect our feelings. No doubt any decision made by them will be respected by us.
I have never been so much addicted to any thing in this whole world (how big it is wow) as much as i am addicted to this forum. It is my life my home. I do not spend much time in my home as much i spend here believe me, and i love doing so. Similarly, each and every member of this forum has a reason that the forum should not be closed.
Another thing, that may a forum is ruled to be closed so to refrain from any kind of fights and arguments that can take place later on but i guarantee no such unhealthy activity will take place here. It never happened when HHL was on air so how can it happen after it bids adieu?!
So kindly do not ignore our request and feelings we have towards this place.
