Nice post Sush. Great collages Shweta. 👏 👏
Yes, one can see misunderstandings galore from this point onward between the couple. What I sense today is that, the strong, confident ziddi Arzoo is getting lost somewhere in her eagerness to be liked by Sahir. How quickly she agreed to forgo dinner without even asking Sahir why is he suggesting such a thing in the first place. Her "aap hai toh hum hai" sounds cute and is her way of appealing to Sahir what he means to her, however I don't think Sahir wants her to lose her identity, become so emotionally dependent on him. Fault of course lies with him in not making it clear to her, what she is doing in NH, his life in the first place.
What I mean to say, is I don't want to see a clingy, uncertain, fearful Arzoo from this point onward.

Not sure Sush, the insecurities are making sense in this case. Kurti Appa trying to convince her that Saahir was madly in love with his ex-wife. Well in Rebecca it was convincing because the ex-wife was dead so Maxim prob had to marry again. Here Zeenat is alive. If Saahir was madly in love I am sure he could have waited for Zeenat to recover. As she was showing recovery signs. Why doesn't he have a single picture of memory up of her? Use your head Arzoo! Why would he force you into marrying him?

Next all sort out the list of things I liked and didn't like!

Didn't like!

  • Arzoo claiming she willing to go hungry for Saahir. Seriously Arzoo? Well we should have known this.
  • Not showing the least bit sign of being upset when this man who married her by force is not opening up to her.
  • Her desperate attempts to become Zeenat. This was a girl who once used to be so proud of who she is that she refused to change her dressing style when someone talked down about it. Look what she has become.
  • Anam who told you were either stylish or talented? Even you know your not? Or else you wouldn't have to steel Arzoo's designs?

Liked

  • Shivya looked nice in the saree.
  • They found a different location to shoot for once that either the office or the house.
  • Saahir telling Arzoo, she can call him whenever she wants. (Subtle but nice touch)
  • Anam getting fired from Sayara, for whatever motive it might be.
  • Someone taping Anam in claiming she wants to kills Arzoo. Someone has some brains.

Great post Sush! Nice collages Shweta Di!

Red for you...

2nd Mrs. de Winter: You know, I, I wish there could be an invention that bottled up a memory like perfume and it never faded, never got stale. Then, whenever I wanted to, I could uncork the bottle and, and live the memory all over again.
Maxim de Winter: And what particular moment in your young life would you want to keep?
2nd Mrs. de Winter: Oh, all of them. All these last few days. I, I feel as though I've, I've collected a whole shelf full of bottles.
Maxim de Winter: Sometimes, you know, those little bottles contain demons that have a way of popping out at you just as you're trying most desperately to forget.

Why Maxim/ Sahir doesn't want to talk about the past...

Well its much better depicted in the book than show I guess! I think we could have prob used a monologue from Saahir. Thank you by the way!

S,

This is for you ...This is what Sahir is afraid of...

I can't forget what it has done to you. I was looking at you, thinking of nothing else all through lunch. It's gone forever, that funny, young, lost look that I loved. It won't come back again. I killed that too, when I told you about Rebecca. It's gone, in twenty-four hours. You are so much older...

This quotation is spoken by Maxim after he has revealed the truth about Rebecca's death to the narrator. Although the revelation about Rebecca allows the narrator to overcome her insecurities and achieve equal footing with Maxim, it also means the loss of her innocence. In Monte Carlo, Maxim was entranced by the narrator's innocence and purity specifically because it was so different from Rebecca's crass immodesty and sexual familiarity. Now, because of his actions, he has destroyed the narrator's most precious quality, and he has no one to blame but himself.

Yeah...I know what you mean...
I like the confident...fearless Arzoo...her original self...that many thought was arrogant...
But in the end...she is a young woman...who loved someone...and now is married to him...Her feelings are natural...the insecurity is also natural in light of what KA is doing ...

Jay...I too am not in very good spirits today...Perhaps that's why I am using so many quotes...and not my own words today...😆

I can't remember if it was IPK or RR...I was watching when the MLs hair became so long...that after many days of having my hands itching to cut it...I finally went and got a hair cut myself...and then I felt better...😃

Now...both hubby and son like my hair longer...so I can't even go back to my haircut therapy...

Thank u for making a nice post.
I luv how they aren't showing Sahir's character to be of a teenage luv sick puppy. He is trying to cruise with Arzoo but u can c the "trying" part. The effort is there but it's a long course.
Thanx for putting the sweet song up It put on a smile on my gloomy face.
I can't fathom that the show is really ending
I posted this on ur last thread 🤪 didn't realize my mistake.
I luvvvd how Arzoo said that she can skip a meal for him without thinking once about herself. True luv does make u do all the nonsensical things in the world. I always found Arzoo's luv to be very shallow. One day Sahir and nxt day Zaki. Yuck :( not even a day's break between the two brothers. I don't care about the reasonings but even the lowest kind of one sided luv would need time to heal. So I like how Arzoo is after her marriage actually falling in luv. Her insecurities about their relation also r the net result of falling for the man of her life. It's only human to feel jealous, get insecure and to crave for being Luvd. The story is getting interesting day by day and now they talk about taking the show off air
Abhi abhi to mile ho
Abhi na karo chhootne ki baat
Abhi abhi toh pasand aaye ho
Abhi abhi roothne ki baat
Abhi abhi toh roshni aayi
Abhi naa karo munh chhupane ki baat :(
