Why do they leave the loose ends?

Just imagine a scene like this. Nausheen refuses the gift, but Sahir insists saying, it is not his gift but he is correcting himself for burning her factory. He tells her the story (whatever that is). She understands the importance of that land for Sahir and quietly transfers it to his name. With this, deal drama can come to an end and Sahir's image can change, that he is fair.

To continue the drama, they could have made Arzoo unaware of this conversation. (Something like, Nausheen wants to keep this away from temperamental Arzoo, so she takes promise from Sahir not to reveal anything. The drama can later un hold, Arzoo coming to know of it after Nausheen is no more and she suspects Sahir's hand on the transfer of land). Sahir can go down in Arzoo's eye, but not with viewers.

He could also have arranged Zaki's marriage with Sam and pulled the rug from Rehman's feet at the last minute. Marriage drama anyway gets TRP. Along with that, if Sahir's relation gets better with his brother and Arzoo, it would have set the serial back to where it was and given us an opportunity to see Saaz nok jhoks. At the moment, looks like another CID in Sony by name HS.
