Sahir saw Arzoo crying...and his feet automatically went to her...No thought on how best to approach...no thought of her reaction...no thought of should I or should I not?
He just wanted to know...why was she crying now...can I help...I must ask her..I must wipe her tears..
He reached out instinctively...almost touched her..then realized and stopped himself...sat down at a decent distance beside her and asked so softly and full of concern what the matter was...her pain was etched on his face..that's how it felt...
And what was remarkable...he didn't try any tactics to make her tell him...yes he held her hand and asked her again but when she shrugged him off rudely he resisted the urge to go after her and left her alone...
That's how genuine concern is expressed...ask what's bothering the person...and give them space if that's what they want...he did the same thing earlier when Zara back answered her ...😳.
And I have to say...what the friend did seemed so pathetic in comparison......he knew she was sad and he used that fact to further his get married to Arzoo mission again...and with such cringeworthy dialogs...where was she in that conversation...where was he even asking her what tbe issue was or trying to console her...he was just presenting himself as a solution without considering her problem...first the trauma and then now this...how many times will he take advantage like this?
And Arzoo...call me unfair...but isn't there one instinctive moment when she can react without rudeness to Sahir...isn't there any love left...can she not see his expressions and guAge once what he feels for her...how is she able to think so much for the friend then??
Also Sahir seems to be thing more about getting Arzoo away from Zaki than anything else...and frankly seeing what he did..I think he has cause for concern!
