Dadi hears Nausheen call out to her and Dadi-Arzoo-Zara-Myrah rush out to see Nausheen on the floor. Everyone is tensed. Myrah says she went out for a phone call. Arzoo checks the phone and is upset. Zara gets water for Nausheen, but Nausheen doesn't respond. Arzoo decides to take Nausheen to the hospital. She rushes into the Chaudary house to get help when she meets Sahir. She tells him about her mother's condition and asks for help. Sahir just walks past her. Arzoo is shocked.
Arzoo then goes in search of Alvira, but can't find her. She is about to call her when she bumps into Kurthi Appa. She tells Kurthi Appa about her mother. Kurthi Appa thinks this is her chance to send Arzoo away. She gives Arzoo the name and doctor (Dr.Mohit Khurana)who is responsible for Zeenat Sahir Chaudary. Arzoo is thankful that she helped her. Kurthi Appa gives her money and tells her to go. Kurthi Appa is happy as her plan is working out as with Dr. Mohit Khurana Arzoo will also meet Sahir and his past.
Anam gets a call from Romil, her ex-PA. He tells her that Sarfaras has 2 wifes, the second one being Farah and the first one is Nausheen. Anam is shocked yet pleased by the news Romil has given her. Kurthi Appa comes in and tells Anam that she has good news. Anam says she does as well. Anam tells Kurthi Appa that is her news is better than hers she will give her money. Kurthi Appa asks Anam to go first. Anam tells her that Sarfaras is Nausheen's husband and Arzoo's dad. Anam tells her she will make Sarfaras to dance to her tunes, then Sarfaras will make Arzoo dance to his. Kurthi Appa tells Anam that Nausheen had a stroke and that she sent her to the same hospital where Sahir's past is.
Dadi-Arzoo-Myrah get Nausheen into the hospital. A male nurse comes and tells Arzoo that Dr.Khurana is busy. Nausheen asks for water. Myrah goes to get water. Dr.Khurana is talking to Sahir. Anam calls up Farah and slowly starts talking about Nausheen and Sarfaras. She provokes Farah by telling her that Sarfaras meets Nausheen. She also tells her that Nausheen is at the hospital. Anam lastly tells Farah that men and their ways can't be trusted.
Alvira is trying to call Arzoo, but her phone is switched off. Alvira wonders which hospital Arzoo went to. Kurthi Appa comes down and tells Alvira that she went exactly where she needed to be. She tells Alvira that she sent Arzoo to the hospital which carries Sahir's past and the one where Sahir visits every fortnight. Kurthi Appa tells Alvira that no matter how hard one tries they can't get rid of their past. Kurthi Appa says that now Arzoo can never become the bahu of this house. She tells Alvira that she lost and that she won. Alvira looks on tensed. Arzoo is teary-eyed and looks at her mother, while Sahir is in walking in the background.
Precap: Arzoo runs to Sahir and hugs him. Sahir too responds and hugs her back with a peaceful expression on his face. Sahir-Arzoo are hugging right outside Zeenat Sahir Chaudary's room. The doctor asks the nurse to give him the reports of Zeenat Sahir Chaudary.
