Hey Sush! Hello😳

Hi Sush, hope yr doing good... I hvnt watched this show in last 2.5 weeks... Been really ill... just kept up with via yr posts & shwetas collages whenever I could look at a screen... idk y but I can't muster the interest to watch... HC & SA (zaki) /story/ acting by rest is not enough to compel me ... I guess bcz it's a mash up of mny shows n Gul prev one's too the whole thing feels all over the place.

Trust you both to give a positive take on a rather disappointing episode. It would not have been as bad if they did not give such a huge screen time to Kurti aapa and her shenanigans. I take back everything I said about Arzoo's family. Would pick them over this kitchen politics any day. Was quite put off watching the epi.

Another thing that irked me was the stark shift in Arzoo's character. A while back, she was terribly missing her mom. And wanted to go back to Lucknow. Now she is all okay, laughing away with Zaki. Followed by passionately cooking Karhi in 4 minutes flat (imagine that). The writers are on thin ice here. Pretty much the same happened with her hanging out and celebrating after the factory burnt down (writing that down sounds really weird, but that's pretty much how it happened). Hope they don't turn Arzoo into this frivolous character that is all over the place.

Okay, rant over.

Arzoo is setting up the perfect misunderstanding here. Did not reveal her mother's health issues to her boss, but has no qualms doing so with Zaki. She is more comfortable with the guy. And Zaki has more empathy towards her. Anyway, such is a daily soap. Love the chemistry between the two. And for once, there are no stolen glances. Hope they continue this way.

Makes me think. How exactly did Arzoo think Saahir would send her an apology bouquet. He wasn't really at fault. Noticed a tinge of disappointment on her face when she found out it was Zaki.

Anam is just trying too hard. Her ego took a massive beating with a rather public dressing down. She is miffed, and rightfully so. But how is Arzoo to blame for it all? Perfect scape-goat? I feel Anam is the Laila here... when you look at it from her point-of-view. It would be good if she is not painted all black.

With you on the first knock thing. The promo was misleading. Maybe the scene was to include the promo dialogues. Glad it didn't. Would have caused more confusion.

Sahir ne insult kiya jiske vo layak hai😆..phir bhi apni insult ka badla usko sahir se lena chahiye lekin vo arzoo ko dekh rahi thi aise jaise kacha khaa jaqyegi😆...isme arzoo ne kya kiya??

The epi was dedicated mostly to kitchen politics...only one worthwhile thing came out of it..we now know Sahir has a problem with kadhi chawal so no one in the house eats it...why don't they all eat burnt toast then because that's how he likes it??😆

So much buildup has been there..they better have a good story for the past...unlike the previous GK show where we were left wondering..huh..that's it??😆

Not at all a good start to the week...quite a boring episode..

Alvira wants Arzoo in Mumbai badly enough to get her full family there...wonder what will happen after that...I didn't want them so soon but that's how it is going to be! Sarfaraz is a real lowlife...and his wife...wonder why she is so eager to take revenge against Nausheen...her insecurity is clearly coming through!

As expected Anam had to turn completely negative before she started explicitly harassing Arzoo... she was portrayed as a hard working professional who wanted the VP position because she deserved it... Now you have her copying designs and presenting then with so much drama to Sahir.. wouldn't she know he would see through the fact that they were a copy... Just to make the character negative... I thought we had a smart woman character with negative shades but she is the total vamp now
Kurti aapa.. her antics and the acting were bad... I mean the show isn't even a month old... It's incredible how she has such control over everyone!

Again editing or screen play issue.. They spoke of dinner and when sahir eats.. Then after all that drama they just went to the next day!

Stage is set for arzoo to get arrested... For someone who refused to comply with dress code of the new place I would think she would walk away from the door of that cheesy club but then the story moves this way!

And you remind yourself...Have patience...it is coming...didn't you see the first knock on the door? The first question to self..."Why am I thinking about her so much"? "Why does it affect me?"

Thank you sush...hmmm ok since I don't see the serial and only read about it here I guess my focus is shifting to another show on Life Ok. its more adult...with some OTT but a serious underlying theme. I hope this show has more in store!

I just can't relate to arzoo ... i was excited for once we will have a strong, career oriented female lead but all she is reduced to is someone who is working in sayarra because of alvira and is taking full advantage of it ... does not want to explain her action to her bosses ... does not want to be in any discipline ... careers are not made like this they require a lot of hard work and sacrifice being a good designer alone isn't enough. Arzoo never sees her own mistakes even if she did once it was after having blamed someone ... she is wrong too and she need to be told that else her character will become more and more unreal with every passing day.
