she want's zaki to learn from sahir all the good things and want's zaki to be successful,all the parents want their elder ones to be an example for the younger siblings so what's wrong in that?
I don't find anything selfish in that.

As for anum, I don't want to argue over her character with you or anyone,she's not worth talking or arguing about.

There are better ways of ensuring your younger child learns from the elder one than emotionally blackmailing and getting him a position he neither wants nor deserves!

I like Zaki but I don't think he wants that VP position!

Alvira has not emotionally blackmailed sahir,if that was the case than she never would have scolded zaki for his irresponsible behavior on the day of Sahir's fashion show,she was very angry with zaki if she was cunning she must be begging sahir to ignore what zaki did but she did not do anything like that,Alvira is worries for zaki because he has not achieve anything so far in his life and she wants zaki to follow sahir's example,so there's no selfishness or hidden or mysterious motive behind alvira's kindness.

To many including me Alvira doesn't seem straightforward... She is being shown as possibly having ulterior motives.. Maybe they will decide later whether to show her as negative or not depending on how the story goes!

Anam is styled as a negative character... She is all set to become negative.. But one thing that's not negative is her wanting the VP position because she worked for it!

Oh and Alvira scolding Zaki ... that doesn't prove anything.. She had to do that because clearly Zaki was wrong! She knows he is irresponsible which is why she is forcing Sahir subtly to make him the VP.

never mind,than I am maybe in the minority who think that there's nothing wrong with alvira.

Oh and her scolding zaki proves everything,you said yourself that zaki was wrong and alvira realized that, she's not forcing sahir to do anything, even if she's a step mom to sahir.she's a very good mom.

and I don't mind being the only individual with the perspective that Alvira is kind and there's nothing wrong with her.

you have your own reasons to call alvira selfish or evil and I have mine to believe that she's a good woman even If I am all alone with this perspective.
