Initial Attraction or what???

Something from past few episodes have left me wondering... Mr. Shark to the world is a man who is rich, powerful, forceful with tons of ego... yet he is often speechless in front of Arzoo, is that subconscious attraction at play here or something else... I wonder for example:

1) The plane seat drama: Shark knew that the girl was playing him like a fiddle, yet only told her that he is aware of her antics...could have reacted angrily yet gave her a silent treatment. Isn't that a significant other type behavior?

2) The display box drama: Arzoo ruined the entire show, yet he let the conversation digress into the "guroor" discussion...didn't even get mad at her for throwing the cell phone...in reality this should inflame him to no end. Kept on wincing at the pain during the but did not curse her once.

3) The sample drama: I am assuming the samples are important, why is it that no one called to check where Arzoo was? Shouldn't she get verbal thrashing over the phone by one of Shark's minions. Plus even though the samples were ruined he did give Arzoo a way to still keep her job, could've fired her on the spot.

Is Shark attracted to the bumbling accident prone girl, does he feel that at some levelwith her you get what you see, or he is a pushover boss that gets vebal beat downs by an intern...

I wonder...

Even Alvira said it was rare for him to forgive a girl who threw a phone at him. He is affected by her somehow! Dont know if its attraction exactly? 😕

Maybe he feels talking with arzoo is same like banging your head on wall 😆 😆

I guess...he is attracted towards her strong nature
as she is the first women who is not afraid of him...and stand by her rights...
a nature and personality similar to him.when he was not dark and mysterious...he might saw a mirror of himself in arzoo...

I think Sahir is not an angry young man but a detached person.
His Past is responsible for this.
Sahir feels Aarzoo is just the past version of Sahir.
What I found is that in anger Aarzoo throws stuff and Sahir yesterday did similar thing only difference he did privately and she does publicly ..
