1. abandoned by a parent.

2. Had to shoulder responsibilities while other girls were dreaming about their prince charming.

Was he also abandoned by a parent? Or was just abandoned?

Did his father remarry ?And he saw his mom suffer? That he swore never to love and give that kind of pain to any female? Did his Dad remarry for money and that is why he said "Paisa hi Paise ko kheechta hai"?

Usually in a four Lions show it's a one time only love, Ishq wala love...

So maybe a girl was not involved in his past? Or Maybe not...

Only time will tell...

Could very well have. The father is completely missing from the picture . Maybe he has a second family, similar to Arzoo's dad.

Although his family initially seemed to be one born into money, it could very well be that Sahir has seen frugal times. And understands that money is worshipped. Poets are particularly sensitive. He seems the most damaged by the going ons. There is also a back story with Zaki. Lots of layers. Lets see how the story unfolds.

We have already seen Aarzoo's father but we don't know anything about Sahir's father!! And somehow I feel he is the reason behind Sahir's ruthlessnessthat burnt toast, mango hatred everything is connected to his father I guess.

But why only Sahir is like that among all the childrens that is the question. Shayad sabse zyada bhugat chuka hai

May be he was too naive and innocent like Aarzoo that's why he doesn't like a person like Aarzoo, too pure, too fragile

He was a shayar, and a shayar can never be so rude or emotionless we all know. So who is the culprit behind this ruthless Sahir?
