Yeh zulf agar khul ke bikhar jaaye toh achha hai...

He wants to set something free...but the hair gets messed up...so, is it freedom or slow destruction?

Is raat ki taqdeer sanwar jaaye toh achha hai...

The darkness of the night...he wishes the darkness ended...

Jis tarah se thodi si tere saath kati hai...
Baaki bhi is tarah guzar jaaye to achha hai...

Clearly talks about a humsafar...and he yearns for the same companion.

Duniya ki nigaahon mein bhala kya hai bura

Yeh bojh agar dil se utar jaaye toh achha hai..

It is difficult to discriminate between the right and wrong...should he pay heed to what the world thought was right...or listen only to his heart?

Waise to tum hi ne mujhe barbaad kiya hai
Ilzaam kisi aur ke sar aaye to achha hai...

He has been devastated...a pain he has assimilated?...a love he cannot let go of? And he wants this relationship to remain a secret...not to be scrutinised by the world?

Is this Sahir's past or future?

The accompanying WU seems to indicate it is about his past that has made him what he is...If so, this is going to be a very bitter pill for Arzoo...a man who loves to the point of self destruction.

If this is about his future...Arzoo is so lucky...again, a man who loves HER to the point of self destruction.😳

Which one is it?

The man clearly has a past. And the whole tone of the video is of low expectations he has from life...it would be good...as if he is too scared to wish for anything at all...

Duniya ki nigaahon mein..is it about his professional life? About who he is? If it is still about a past he clings to...it is going to be painful for a humsafar.

Waise toh tumhine mujhe barbaad kiya hai...how I wish this is about Arzoo...how she has slowly wrecked his peace of mind...and how he wouldn't want any allegation on her...even from within himself...

Waiting ...for the day the pieces will start fitting and the man becomes less of a puzzle. Thank U, Gorky...this was the long awaited insight into the hero...and done so classily as expected!👏👏👏

Tabhi toh, Anam bhabhi will meddle and change the course of history and divert Arzoo's track towards Sahir's...Can't think of any other way these two would want to become humsafars...

Noted:

1. Sahir gets anxious when the remote doesn't work- he can see Arzoo is suffocating. In what seems like a destructive display of anger😲, he becomes the saviour😳...Now only if he had the presence of mind to hit away from where she was standing..Never mind.😉 No harm done- act of destruction approved.😃

2. Zaki and Anam bhabhi share a wonderful chemistry...hopefully we can derive more equations from this equation.

3. Alvira's jigar ka tukda is Zaki...What is Sahir to her exactly? 😲

4. Ikkees topon ki salaami: The 21 gun salute...why does this sound familiar?

Someone mentioned Neha looked like Sridevi from Mr. India...I guess it could be a spoof on bollywood...Funny..weird..whatever...It was evident the budget forthe movie promo was limited. But hey...maybe this is how they wanted it promoted. They did get our attention.😆

07.10.14 Kitne hi door door hai...

Sahir encounters Arzoo just as she is leaving.He demands an explanation.And comes up with his own...- The same old small town girl with her haisiyat..Notable that other than a little bit of arrogance, he does not display the anger and attitude another hero displayed not long back.😳

Their verbal debate remains on bickering 😈terms until Sahir steps on a wound so deep that it elicits a knee jerk response from Arzoo.She end up flinging her mobile...and contrary to my best wishes😃, it manages to cause a swelling on Sahir's thick skull.😆

The media barges in before he can retaliate..not that he could have said anything much after that look of utter disbelief he gave her- which said- Did I just get back to my KG class!'😕

Arzoo realises belatedly that this is the man who holds the remote to her future.😲😲 😲He is her bloody boss!😃 She needs some time to process this and start damage control...and quickly removes herself from the scene...probably hoping he would forget her face that much faster.😳

She collides with Zaki...dear Zaki!🤗 Poor thing ends up having a duppatta moment with her, but the duppatta on the whole blinds him...symbolism?😎 ...a cute corner to a triangle?...Or probably the only line that connects two full stops.😆

Zaki can play duppattas and geometry with Arzoo...but the night belongs to Sahir...along with the moon they both admire😃...and every night is a full moon ever since destiny put them on the path to each other.😳😆

There is a family moment where Sahir is trying to concentrate at work- Zaki comes apologising- Alvira joins in and slaps that very lovable piece of her liver...😡

The liver leaves in shame😛...Sahir goes after him.(There goes all my false assumptions that this would be a hero with no sibling ties!😒 Anam firmly remains my one and only hope!)

Personally, I loved this family moment👏...and how Sahir acknowledges how special Zaki is to Alvira.He is such a sweetheart😳 there- telling Zaki to apologise to his mom for disappointing her.👏👏👏

The morning next, Arzoo opens her eyes to the drab world of SAC🥱 as she is greeted with the most horrible looking breakfast in her life😲...Bread and Cornflakes!😡 Armed with the herbal treatment her dadi prescribed, she is ready to take on that storm that happens to be her boss...and try her best to contain him.😃

Sahir strictly does not believe in second or third chances- orders her out. Hours later, he learns that his mother has imported this virus from Lucknow...only she happens to think she is an uncut diamond! Whatever whatever! He is not going to waste his time arguing over a silly intern ..so that is that!🥱

A little later in the night Alvira learns of Arzoo's jhumroo miyan's misadventure with Sahir's skull...and can only amusedly tell herself- maamla kaafi diljazb hai😳...Sahir is never going to forgive Arzoo...never ever!😉

She probably must be thanking her stars she does not have to convince him to.😆 Afterall, she did not weave dreams around Arzoo and Sahir...?😃😉

When the past comes haunting:

Arzoo: She meets the very family she wanted to avoid all her life. That too, her Abbu's second wife- who does not waste anytime gloating over her success story , putting down Nausheen and accusing her of creating a rift in Sarfarar's house. Later Farah accuses her husband of having kept Arzoo's entry into Saiyara a secret from her. Arzoo is teh firstborn- would have enjoyed special privileges...would have known an abbu neither of her sisters knew. His betrayal affects her the most . This is the man who ran away from his responsibilities- and now he enjoys a good life; while the woman he left behind with three children struggles to make ends meet.

She cannot stop her tears from flowing. Helplessness...anger...frustration...she vents it out on the swindler.

She manages to collect herself. What was one to do when the shame, the sheer agony and loss of your childhood came staring at you...and you are not afforded the luxury to stay clear...

Sahir: His mind was elsewhere even as his employees updated him. He quickly snaps back to reality, handles the business...and then the dreaded call comes.

What was it about that call that made a man so accomplished and composed, break down in so nihilistic a manner?

In minutes, his room looks like a tornado hit it- the storm that he could not hold off. In as much time, he regains composure and looks at his life...this is not the first storm he has weathered. This is just the latest in a string of disappointments. There will be more coming, and he pulls on the mask he has painfully created over years. He has to withdraw into that shell of indifference.

Notes:

1. I loved the performance by both Harshad and Shivya👏...Harshad was phenomenal👏...esp as he sits down and contemplates. Shivya could make me connect well with the helplessness Arzoo was feeling.🤗

2. Zaki comes in as an interlude...However, I don't think he will ever marry Arzoo. This time around, I hope the big bro will be forced to marry his younger bro's bride.

Zaki dearest,

You are damn funny.😆 Neither your ammi nor that pretty celestial star can appreciate the depth of your humour.😒 You cannot change your ammi..but you can definitely decide whether you want to spend the rest of your life with a woman who'd be giving blank looks to your wit and wisdom.😲😉

Err...If U R not getting the hint, never mind. Anam bhabhi knows how peanut sized your brain is🥱, and she will make sure you don't suffer for the rest of your life.😃 Bhabhi ho toh aisi!

One would die to at least die in hope...

But even death doesn't grace one...

One has to live...in suffering..

With no hope for an end to this.

This is especially true for Sahir, since he does not have the support system that Arzoo has..and he has shut out everyone...😭

Rule One: Traitors Keep Out.

In a nutshell, Arzoo gets to witness her father's betraying the trust of a person other than her mother. This time it is his business associate- Sahir- who does not believe in second chances. He makes sure Sarfarash gets teh message clear, and keeps him on...but the trust is broken. He will keep an eye on this guy now.

Arzoo reminds Sarfaraz of another person he cheated...continues to...Her ammi lives in the belief that he'd come back and accept her. Arzoo hates it that he has her hanging on to that hope...the poor woman firmly believes that the man would return one day. False hope that Arzoo has not been able to penetrate through...she wishes the man had cut off the ties and freed her mother.

Once Sarfaraz leaves, it is Arzoo's turn to start learning the Rule Book. Nothing escapes Sahir's eyes. A traitor will always remain a traitor. He has read Sarfaraz well enough...

What if he started extending it to the Blood of a Traitor? Wonder what hell awaits Arzoo the day he discovers who her father is...and attributes what all not to her...😲
