Hello people, how many of you have your thinking cap on ? yeah, two episodes were enough to get so many thoughts about Sahir and Arzoo being somewhat similar to each other, may be not in their perspectives but the way they lead their lives.

yesterday's episode was very good, starting from the light moments in Arzoo's family, to the dark and mysterious moments in Sahir's place .

Sahir and Arzoo, both respect their mothers a lot. Seeing how brutal and merciless Sahir is since he refused to accept the designs made by those oldies, its interesting to know that he actually cares for his mother and her decisions. He attended the beauty contest only because his mother asked him too. Also considering Arzoo, yeah its not hidden anymore that she considers her mother as her ideal.

Moreover, both Sahir and Arzoo are very stubborn and complete badasses, if he is saying that he will ruin the factory then he will do it, doesn't matter if he goes against the law whereas when she says she will save the factory, she will save it even if costs her life . Both of them are very determinant to achieve their goals, where arzoo's goals are known to us, it will be interesting to know more about Sahir and what he thinks about his life .

Sun...great post darling 👏 Shaabash meri bachchi 🤗 I have a LOT to add this.

I think one of their biggest similarities - and this will probably be one of their biggest hurdles - is the fact that they both have trust issues. We know Aarzoo's inability to give love a chance stems mostly from her father's betrayal, but we also know that she will cross this hurdle far easier than Sahir will because she has not lost her trust in most of the important things - in family, in friends, in nature, in life.

Sahir's trust issues go deeper and are harder to change. By now he has settled into a pattern where he is constantly on guard, a guard he doesn't let down in front of anyone. I feel deep down he is a lot more like Aarzoo than he would like to think - and that's what frightens him. The possibility that he could be vulnerable again, hurt again, soiled again. He is a deeply damaged man -- someone on the forum very aptly spoke of the possibility that he feels he is daagdaar, stained, spoiled, charred black. His trust in everything has been damaged to the point of no return - or so he thinks. Deep inside he is an Aarzoo, and that's a fact I don't think he wants to admit or accept.

This is why I think that when he meets Aarzoo, it will be a painful experience for him at first. It will be painful for him to feel cracks in that hard shell, it will be painful for him to remember who he was, it will be painful for him to return to that person again. I daresay it might be the most painful experience he has gone through, maybe even more than the things/people that brought him bitterness in the first place.

Wow nice thoughts from both of you and I agree full heartedly!

Also I think the last scene of yesterdays episode (when both of them were talkting on the phone) showed nicely how different but at the same time how similar they are. btw it was nicely shot, HC as well as S's acting was spot on and the dialouges were perfect. It seemed like they were talking to eachother. 👍🏼
