Hum Ne Li Hai... Shapath - 4th August 2012

The police find the dead body of Alisha in the water tank of a college. They learn that Alisha had attended a party the previous night. From the forensic report, the police learn that the killer had a fungal infection on his fingers and Alisha had worn a mask in the party. As the police learn more, Abhigyan goes to the mask party as a student and collects some evidence. The police arrest Professor Khurana and save Koylo from him.

Bittu finds Dolly's dead body in a resort but the body disappears from the location when he returns with his parents. The police find traces of blood near the location. Finally, the police find the dead body in their car and get hold of a revolver. Dr. Samarth informs the police about the duplicate bullet in Dolly's body. The police find another gun inside the water tank. From the fingerprints, the police arrest Sudha and Shekhar. Shekhar had plotted the crime to acquire Sudha's property.

Two undercover agents, Chandini and Bony are found dead. On learning about the incident, the remaining undercover agents except Prabodh meet at a secret point but everyone is killed in a bomb blast. Shaurya suspects ACP Karanveer and asks Anand to follow the ACP. Karanveer's daughter tries to escape from the clutches of the terrorists but in vain. Shaurya is unable to save Prabodh and fails to prove that Karanveer is the culprit.

The terrorist leader asks Karanveer to kill the Chief Minister and to steal a CD. A police officer sneaks into Karanveer's house and learns about the terrorists hiding there. Karanveer attacks the Chief Minister and escapes. Shaurya fails to catch Karanveer. Karanveer goes to the location and surprises the terrorist leader by showing undercover agents in his terrorist group. The terrorist leader falls from the fort. Karanveer explains to Shaurya about the case. Pasha plants a bomb in a bus.

ACP Pratap Teje is released from jail and replaces Karanveer. Teje takes up the case of Sumit Kumar, who died in a protest. Abhigyan is devastated to learn that Chandan, Anand and Karanveer died in the bomb blast. Shaurya informs Teje that Sumit was shot from a double barrel gun. Inspector Samrat and Kavi join Teje's team. An informer tells Teje about the double barrel gun. Shaurya enquires about a bank robbery. Teje saves the informer instead of saving Shaurya.

ACP Teje is relieved as the dead person is Heera, who looks like Shaurya. Shaurya learns that the robbers came into the bank through a tunnel. ACP Teje argues with the forensic doctor regarding his wife's death. Shaurya learns that a locker had been opened and there were diamonds and a gun inside it. A police officer finds a diamond in the tunnel. They search for similar diamonds and reach the culprits.
