The only type you can add are YouTube videos. For that put a non-hyperlinked version of the youtube video in between the code [ YOUTUBE ] and [ /YOUTUBE ] without any spaces.

So it would be [ YOUTUBE ] non-hyperlinked link [ /YOUTUBE ].
