It's a hit and miss where Ajju has not seen anything. But Puja takes Alka to the hospital and fills her name on the form. Alka is taken to the hospital room. Sapna and Ajju enter frame and hear a nurse talking about Puja rastogi's health. The girls go tense and rush to the room thinking it is Puja.. but overhear about Alka's pregnancy. All shocked. Puja handles the situation and when the four girls reach home, the truth about Alka's past lover and her pregnancy is revealed. All vow to take revenge from that guy. Alaap also joins in and all five hold hands swearing to nab the guy
