many Hindu family's change the name of their DIL's just after marriage - keep it according to some auspicious alphabet ... God knows how that works 😕

True...whole life you live with one name...it is who you are and suddenly it is changed. I would feel like someone took my identity. First the girl has to leave her house, her family, her previous life now the identity too
